Sunspot Alert?

Oh, come on…. [1]

Guys, sunspots happen every 11 to 15 years.
I grew up hoping for a good sunspot cycle, so the radio bands would open up some, and give me the iincredibly long distance contacts typical in low VHF bands with scuh flare activity. But despite how these press releases on the subnspot cycles are being written, it’s as cyclical as the world turning.  This is not a huge danger, or is it even out of the ordinary.
Personally, I’ll be listening the to ten meter band and below, which should be pretty good….
