LONDON (AP) _ [1] John Inman, the actor best known for his role in the British television series “Are You Being Served?,” died Thursday, his manager said.
Inman, 71, died at St. Mary’s Hospital in London after a long illness, said manager Phil Dale.
The way things are today, the part Inman played wouldn’t make it by the censors… they’d call it discriminatory.
