Driving While Black

It is a leftard myth that law enforcement officers stop motorists based on the color of their skin.   As if you can acually identify skin color looking through the tinted glass of modern vehicles.  Oh well.

A federal study refutes the DwB myth, according to a story by Donna Leinwand, USA Today [1]:

“People of all races and ethnicities are stopped at the same rate. It is after the stop that disparities appear.”

Police officers must feel a wee bit like Reade Seligmann, Collin Finnerty and David Evans [2], they get no credit for being innocent of a concocted charge.   Welcome to the club.
