Just imagine any republican getting raucous applause for fundamental ignorance of the Constitution of the United States [2].
After Joe Biden removes his foot from his mouth, he should take time to actually read the Constitution.
One, the President is designated the Commander-in-Chief. As such the President has the authority to to attack any country as he sees fit. This power neither new nor unused by various Presidents, such as Thomas Jefferson [3], Woodrow Wilson [4], Jimmy Carter, [5] and B.J. Clinton, here [6] here [7] and here [8].
This is not to say that all unilateral past uses of force were wise. They however were quite constitutional.
Two, Biden has utterly no power to iimpeach anybody. The House of Representatives has the sole power of impeachment. Given, Biden’s support for the past presidents, waging war without congressional approval hardly seems to be an issue for Biden, provided the President is but a democrat.
