Susan Rice, Dumbo And General Flynn

On the very day she left office, former National Security Advisor, Susan Rice sent a classified email to herself.

First, from Merriam-Webster [1]:

Top Secret: containing or being information whose unauthorized disclosure could result in exceptionally grave danger to the nation

Not the official definition, but close enough for government work.

The Trump administration redacted and released some but not all of the Rice Memo. They recently released the entire memo.  Here is newly disclosed paragraph, from Margot Cleveland, Federalist [2]:

Director Comey affirmed that he is proceeding ‘by the book’ as it relates to law enforcement. From a national security perspective, Comey said he does have some concerns that incoming NSA Flynn is speaking frequently with Russian Ambassador Kislyak. Comey said that could be an issue as it relates to sharing sensitive information. President Obama asked if Comey was saying that the NSC should not pass sensitive information related to Russia to Flynn. Comey replied ‘potentially.’ He added that he has no indication thus far that Flynn has passed classified information to Kislyak, but he noted that ‘the level of communication is unusual.’

So question for Mr. Comey: just how much spying on national security advisor is necessary to determine how much communication with a particular ambassador qualifies as “unusual.”

Questions for the Obama administration, Ms Rice, what national security interests, if any, were involved in your initial classification of your CYA memo?  As former President Barack Obama is not noted for his reading ability, to what title does the phrase “By the Book” refer?

Questions, for the Trump administration, FBI Director Chris Wray, why did your FBI hide evidence of the Obama administration sedition for over three years? Save for ODNI, Ric Grenell would have ever declassified the memo?

Oh by the way, the Rice Memo, assuming Comey is not lying, yet again, is further proof that Lt. General Michael Flynn is innocent.  Comey ruled any legitimate potential reason to interview the General.
