Voters Back Trump Over Biden on Border, Critical Race Theory

Over at pjm, Tyler O’Neill [1] seems to have a handle on things:

While President Joe Biden may want to distract Americans from the border crisis and downplay the threats of Marxist critical race theory (CRT) and inflation, Americans know better. Most Americans recognize the border crisis as a serious issue, blame Biden’s policies for exacerbating it, and say Biden should return to former President Donald Trump’s policies on the border. Americans also worry about the threat of inflation and oppose CRT in schools.

Well I’ve been saying that this website for 20 years now, there is nothing on the planet like Democrats in power to make Republicans look good. And there’s Tyler suggests, the proof is in the polling:

Americans may give Biden a high approval rating overall (59 percent) in the new Harvard/Harris poll [2], but the poll also revealed serious cracks in his support and his message. Americans want Biden to work out a compromise deal with Republicans on infrastructure, and they are beginning to see the Republican Party more favorably.

Well, first of all I’m not impressed with high polling numbers being reported by the mainstream media in any event. Given the degree to which the American people have been lied to, it’s not too much of a stretch to think that we are being lied to here as well.

Voters support Trump’s policies and fault Biden’s policies despite the fact that they significantly underestimate the number of illegal immigrants crossing the border. Most voters (84 percent) underestimated the flood of illegal immigrants (border agents stopped 180,034 people in May, not including the number of illegal immigrants who got away, at least 40,000 in April). Most voters (64 percent) also said that, given the large influx of illegal immigrants, the Biden administration should “issue new, stricter policies.”

You and I both know that’s not going to happen. So what is going to happen?

The backlash is coming, folks, and it looks like the midterms are going to be an absolute bloodbath for Democrat party power. Of course that assumes that the elections are fair and free of fraud.

To my mind that’s the big question right now.  Democrats continue to fret over pipelines being hacked while telling us that voting machines cannot be hacked, all the while pushing policies that Americans would never support given a real choice. There is bound to be a negative reaction to this series of events.
