There is a difference between standing up for something, and running away from something. Standing up for something requires courage.

Running away from something which is what you’re doing now is the act of a petulant child who can’t get what they want.
The law (you remember the law, don’t you, Democrat lawmakers?)…the law says that you are supposed to be in the chamber at the appointed time voting as you will. You’re not obeying the law. Tell me, on what basis should anyone take any law that you pass, seriously?
Of course those Democrat lawmakers who aren’t obeying the law are now down in DC trying to get a federal voting act passed which of course is unconstitutional since the Constitution itself lays out that the state legislatures are responsible for such.
The truth is thereal objection to the voting law put forward in Texas is not that it makes it harder for minorities to vote but that it makes it nearly impossible for Democrats to cheat. And Democrats know that they can’t afford to lose that illicit advantage.
