- Sotomayor Day II: I wonder, sometimes about the fulitlity of all this. I mean, is there a hope in hell that she’s nt going to get confirmed, given the makeup of the Senate? Other than going through the motions, what is the point? I know, gotta be done, but damn…
- If TOTUS falls in a forest, does anyone notice? Apparently.
- Madoff slammed: Started that 150 year sentence today. Which means with time off for good behavior, he’ll be paroled in three to five.
- Florida killings: Something smells, here. Large families like this one aren’t known for being overly rich. So why the huge planning and a military style attack? The haul isn’t worth the effort, one would think, unless they had a lot more money than we’re being told, or revenge was a motive.
