Bily Beck is Blogging from Jakarta today, apparently setting up Peabo for a show there.

Dale Franks has lost a freind.

Dodd Harris notes the cost of taking principals too far. This is something of a reoccurring theme here at BitsBlog.

Tomas Kohl has a new ISP and server. I don’t notice much better conneciton times with the new one.

Apparently the Strib, and Coleman in particular, has a raging gas pain over PowerLine, who responds here, and here. Nice when the lefties are in the backseat.

Traffic on this Blog is up a good 25% this week. Interesting pattern; Most of the hits appear to be coming from the search engines. This is bit different than what I’d noticed pre-election. I’ll have to keep an eye on this. I don’t understand all of the new traffic yet, though I’m not complaining.

For those who read my NYE missive from a couple years ago, which I posted for the first time this week, I’m a little annoyed that they closed the Goat last year, and suspect they’ll do so again this year. If they do, I’ll be in the park this year across from the Hard Rock on the American side. If the Goat’s open, I’ll be in my usual place. We’re expecting temps to be in the 40’s, so it won’t even be cold.

Finally, note the new auto-penned signiture on each post. Can’t let Rummy have all the fun.

If you’ve got something on your blog you want to showcase, here’s your chance. Feel free to link A (yes, one) story to the trackback here. If I like the story, I’ll blog roll you.
