The Supreme Court sent a clear message to Judith Miller and the New York Times, to wit the minions of Arthur Sulzberger, Jr. are not above the law.
WASHINGTON -(AP)- The Supreme Court ruled against The New York Times on Monday, refusing to block the government from reviewing the phone records of two Times reporters in a leak investigation of a terrorism-funding probe.
You can not impede a federal investigation under the colors of freedom of the press.
