Chuck Hagel just called held a press conference. Hagel announced that he was not running – yet:

Hagel has no support among republcan voters, and now he has alienated his only supporters – the press. Way to go Chuck
Too bad for Chucky, that it takes far more than a megomaniac sized ego to get elected president. And his over sized ego in the only assert Chuck has.
For the good news, John McCain can rest a little bit easier, as he remains the only maverick formally in the race.
