Boortz:

Mentioned this morning on the show that Hugo the Horrible did an eight hour radio show yesterday in which he ranted and raved about the custom of buying teenaged girls boob jobs when they turn 15. Evidently that’s the “coming out” age for girls in Venezuela.  In Hugo’s country banks have special loan programs for young girls to get their new fun bags.  Now … just what would you call a loan like that?  Maybe a tag line on the commercials like “pay interest to draw interest.”

Must be what they call “inflationary pressure”.

I wonder how much of this boob job gift for teenagers stuff goes on here in America?

Probably not as much as you might think.  As a matter of fact I would venture a guess that’s probably happening more often in Venezuela per capita, than it is here.  Here’s some stats.

Here’s some more.
