A couple of days ago I made a comment about Chuckles Schumer. It is with immense satisfaction and vindication, that I watch him get canceled by his own people.
There are certainly many examples, both historical and fairly recent, of the left eating its own… But frankly I can’t think of a more potent teaching moment than this.
We know by way of long experimentation that rats, when cut off from food sources, will begin consuming their fellow rats. So it is here. The Democrats have been cut off from power, from the funding sources, and so turn on each other.
Chuckles, until now has exhibited a rather cockroach like ability to survive political disasters. Thing is, with the intensity of the feeding frenzy going on amongst the Democrats right now, his future survivability has become an open question.
How bad is that feeding frenzy? Ponder the idea that 5 years ago Abraham Lincoln was not a controversial figure, even amongst the left. But now, they’re busy canceling him, removing his name from schools, post offices, and of course tearing down statues of him. Such is the state of self- defeating frenzy amongst Democrats, which is why whether or not Schumer survives this latest round of cannibalism, is an open question.
How bad is it when Charles Schumer appears to be the lone thread between the Democrat party, and sanity?
