Is Mrs. Clinton’s campaign issuing rubber checks?
“An honest politician is one who, when he is bought, will stay bought.”
All those many endorsement checks and to what end. Mrs Clinton’s problem is that her supporters will not stay bought:

It would seem strange for a campaign awash with millions to have their checks returned NSF.
