GOP to Shut-down the Senate?

Senate Republicans have finally noticed that gasoline prices are up over four dollars a gallon, and American motorists are feed-up with the high prices.  Manu Raju, Hill, reports Senate Minority Leader, Mitch McConnell is threatening to shut-down the Senate.
