The topic s policy to reverse global warming.
I’m skeptical, to say the least, particularly given the report I posted here some days ago.

That still anyone thinks Kyoto, or any other action and or policy is going to affect our climate in any substantial way, is a wonder to me.

Let’s imagine, for a moment, that the report I posted is right; the sun is the cause of global warming. Would any of the policies being suggested… Kyoto, or anything else, be able to control the Earth’s temp in ANY amount?
