An interesting side note, on the Trent Lott story I ran with on Friday… Boortz:
Several weeks ago in Venezuela Hugo Chavez seized control of the main television station. It seems that the station just wasn’t in step with his socialist policies. One can imagine that one of Chavez’s aide told him that Radio Caracas Television was opposing his policies, and Chavez replied with something like “We have to deal with that problem.”
Maybe that’s where Trent Lott got that line.
Hmmm.
