Funny the Constitution makes no mention of either journalists or journalism. Yet some have taken to holding the First Amendment protection of free speech only applied to professional journalists, employed by traditional media outlet not named Fox News. Not so, via Robert Stacy McCain:
The protections of the First Amendment do not turn on whether the defendant was a trained journalist, formally affiliated with traditional news entities.
