An amazing coincidence has occurred.

Beset by policy failures second to none in our history, and desperately in need of a distraction, the Biden administration and those backing it have “found” just what they were looking for. And in case I’m not making myself clear, I think they created it. But, I’ll get to that.

From Legal Insurrection

Colonial Pipeline, an important American fuel pipeline operator, shut its entire network, the source of nearly half of the U.S. East Coast’s fuel supply, after a ransomware cyber attack.

The incident is one of the most disruptive digital ransom operations ever reported and has drawn attention to how vulnerable U.S. energy infrastructure is to hackers. A prolonged shutdown of the line would cause prices to spike at gasoline pumps ahead of peak summer driving season, a potential blow to U.S. consumers and the economy.

How do I know it’s a setup? Look who the White House drags out to speak to the point.

“This is as close as you can get to the jugular of infrastructure in the United States,” said Amy Myers Jaffe, research professor and managing director of the Climate Policy Lab. “It’s not a major pipeline. It’s the pipeline.”

The attack follows on the heels of the Biden administration promises to address infrastructure cyber vulnerabilities.

This smells remarkably like a setup, and one with Chinese fingerprints all over it, at that.

Think about it:

* Why were there no such attacks for the last 4 years, at least, successful ones?

*Why does this attack occur almost immediately incidental to the White House making noises about infrastructure security?

Why on Earth does the White House trot out somebody from the “climate policy lab” to speak to what is obviously more of a security matter?

There’s far too much coincidence here for any of this to be taken at face value.
