MORE WINNING: Court Strikes Down NY Law Allowing Non-Citizens to Vote

Matt Margolis has a good report up on the most recent ruling by the New York state supreme court. The ruling is that non-citizens cannot vote in local elections.

Now of course comes the problem of being able to prove that they are not citizens.

Voter id, anyone?
