Shadowcam on South Korea’s Danuri Lunar Orbiter Sees No Obvious Ice in the Permanently Shadowed Interior of Spudis Crater

So while North Korea can’t seem to fire missiles reliably to the other side of the Sea of Japan, North Korea manages to place a probe into lunar orbit.
Can the differences between big government socialism and capitalism be placed in any sharper relief than this?
