Well, two points.
1: she wouldn’t be doing that unless she thought it would get her more viewers.
2: ABC is canceling the show because it doesn’t have any viewers, or so say several reports.
Do the math yourself.
Personally I’m thinking that both reports are campaigns to keep interest in the show.
