First let me say that I really couldn’t care less about soccer. But this story amused me no end. Karma has finally visited.
There’s a strong lesson here being taught for future Olympians. And for
that matter all people in sports. If you’re not going to be proud of the
country that you represent, and if indeed you’re going to be derisive and insulting to that country and those people, don’t be shocked and surprised when the people of that country cheer your losses.
