None of this is going to make sense to anybody that doesn’t understand that there are actual conservatives and there is the GOP establishment. One is decidedly not the other.
Kevin McCarthy was unwilling to fight to shrink government in other words he spent way too much of his time going along to get along with the Democrats.
Matt Gaitz has done us a major favor. The message being sent by his action is very simple and very direct: You will be conservative or you will be gone.
And understand this:
The difference between the GOP establishment and the Democrats is that the Democrats aren’t pretending to be small government conservatives.
