From the American Spectator:

“I called Dr. Baker early that morning to tell him about the case and to ask him if he would perform the autopsy on Mr. Floyd,” said Sweasy under oath. “He called me later in the day on that Tuesday and he told me that there were no medical findings that showed any injury to the vital structures of Mr. Floyd’s neck. There were no medical indications of asphyxia or strangulation,” Sweasy added.

By day two, Baker knew the risks involved in telling the truth. Sweasy continued, “He said to me, ‘Amy, what happens when the actual evidence doesn’t match up with the public narrative that everyone’s already decided on?’ And then he said, ‘This is the kind of case that ends careers.’” Although Sweasy knows very well why Baker altered his diagnosis, Carlson may not. This story bears retelling in the light of Sweasy’s unwitting confirmation.

First I will urge you to read the whole thing.

And I’ll give you something else to consider:

If the prosecutors in this case are so worried about maintaining the narrative, what makes anyone think that the prosecutors piling on Donald Trump right now, aren’t doing precisely the same thing? Along with of course, anyone who dares to support him.

If I’m Chauvin or any of his colleagues, I’m leveling a multi-million dollar lawsuit against the city state and County, and against the prosecutors in this case personally. By the very nature of the thing the people being sued would include Keith Ellison, personally.

The government shouldn’t have to pay a dime on this, the prosecutors themselves right up to the attorney general, should have to pay for it out of their own pockets and if it breaks them, so much the better.

Then I want them in jail for the remainder of their natural lives. Serving their time with the people that they have convicted in fear for their lives, for however long they last in that environment. They deserve nothing less.

The implications of this deposition by the former assistant DA in my view completely destroys not only the narrative, but the credibility of the district attorney’s office along with those in the state and federal governments who were pushing this thing.
