The Truck Driver involved in a deadly crash on the Florida Turnpike that Killed Three People, has NOT been released on Bond according to The U.S Marshals services in California.

Singh, 28, was wanted by the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) for Recklessly operating a semi-truck that made an illegal U-Turn when it crossed directly in front of a vehicle, causing the vehicle to crash into the trailer and killing the three people in the van. The crash happened on Florida’s turnpike in St. Lucie County August 12, 2025.

The investigation revealed that Singh and his Co-driver, Harneet Singh, a family member., fled to Sacramento, California on August 13, and then began making plans to flee back to India. An arrest warrant was then issued due to the high flight risk which occoured on August 15. He allegedly entered the United States illegally in 2018 and obtained a Washington State Commercial Driver’s License before obtaining a non-domicile cdl from California.

U.S. Marshals received a warrant and associated information from thr FHP on August 16 and a lead was sent to the Eastern District of California. U.S. Marshals and Task Force Officers responded to an address associated with Singh in Stockton. They identified Singh as the lone occupant of a vehicle that arrived during surveillance of the location and arrested him.

Singh was taken into custody without incident. He was booked in at the San Joaquin County Jail to await initial appearance. An immigration detainer was also filed on behalf of Immigration and Customs Enforcement which carries a no bond attachment.

Following the crash on August 12., Singh and his co-driver were escorted to a near by hotel per FHP. Both parties were told to remain in Florida until the conclusion of the investigation. FHP says that Singh and his co-driver disobeyed that directive booked plane tickets & fled to California where both men then booked tickets to India.

The U.S Marshals report that Singh was arriving home to gather belongings to make a 5pm departer to India.

Singh is the same driver who caused a bridge collapse in Arkansas in 2019. Singh is also believed to be responsible for a crash that led to two other fatalities in California but was not charged because police couldnt place him behind the wheel at the time of the crash. It was reported that there were three driver in the truck at the time of that crash.

Singh and his Co-Driver both reportedly attended Skyline Truck Driving School in Washington State., a now defunct CDL School that ceased operations in 2021 before briefly reopening again. The State of Washington once again uncoverd a Bribary scheme and permanently closed the school in 2025.

Of the 1,590 driver who attended Skyline., the State of Washington identified 560 drivers and subsequently revoke 80% of those drivers CDLs.

Update: The Miami Herald, in a report echoed in the Modesto Bee, reports:

The truck involved in last week’s Florida Turnpike crash that killed three South Floridians belonged to a company with 25 truck safety violations in the last 24 inspections and two drivers caught driving on suspended licenses in 2024And, as of Tuesday morning, White Hawk Carriers, based in Ceres, California, appears to have lost its ability to do business outside of California.“Insurance cancelled – NOT AUTHORIZED to operate as a MOTOR PROPERTY COMMON CARRIER,” reads White Hawk’s U.S. DOT licensing and insurance entry. “Not authorized” means White Hawk’s out of the interstate property trucking business. But, that Tuesday morning change wasn’t reflected in the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Safety And Fitness Electronic Records (SAFER) snapshot of White Hawk, which said it remained “authorized for property.” As of last Friday’s website update, California’s Department of Motor Vehicles says White Hawk Carriers, license No. 0484640, is still authorized for property moves within the state of California. White Hawk CEO Navneet Kaur hasn’t returned a phone message from the Miami Herald. The company took down its Facebook page Monday. Google now lists White Hawk as “permanently closed.

Of course now comes the question of why he was not taken off the road after the 2019 bridge incident.

In any event, what is clear is that the people who championed the open border that the Democrats gave us, have blood on their hands. As does the state of California, who provided this guy (and apparently many more like him) with Commercial Driver’s licenses.
