UN Sexual Abuses Pandemic

Captain’s Quarters reports that the UN is having charges of sexual abuse popping up at every one of their missions. Apparently, it’s been going on for years.

Oh, well, at least Michial Jackson has a possible carrier.

Speaking of updating websites, I’ve taken some time and updated the Bit’sBox website, basicly adding a few pics of the interior. I have more, and when I get them developed I’ll post them.

Of course, with spring here soon, I’m chomping at the bit to get started on bringing this van up to the next level.

Don Williams has updated his website. I’ve been a fan of Don since his Pozo-Seco Singers days.  I’ve only been to see him once, though… when he played here in Rochester back in the 80’s.  I see, though, he’s planning on playing Mansfield OH, this season, so I may get another chance this year.

Sorry, guys, I’m not with you on this one.

Look, Just because I’m trying to talk someone out of taking a stupid action…. like trying to attack me and mine, for example…. doesn’t mean I’m not going to kill him stone dead, if he decides to attempt it, despite my warnings.

By the same token, then, (and somewhat less violently) I see nothing inherrently wrong with warning lawmakers they’re taking an unconsitutional action, and warning them off of it on that basis. Just because I take the time to warn them of such, doesn’t mean I’m not going to break the law should they establish it.

On that basis, I’ve signed the letter, today.
A show of force on this stuff never hurts.
Assuming they wake up under that show of force, (and I think they will) the Consitution, and freedom, have a larger victory than it would with a small bunch of cranks walking off on their own. I’m willing to bet many on that letter think the same as I on this point.

In a day of swift and stunning developments triggered by four grand jury indictments, Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer was charged with violating state absentee ballot law during last year’s mayor’s race and quickly removed from office.

Dyer; his campaign manager Patti Sharp, accused ballot broker Ezzie Thomas and Circuit Judge Alan Apte braved a phalanx of news reporters at the jail this morning as they entered a booking area at the county jail to be fingerprinted and processed.

In case the message isn’t sinking in, yet…

Democrats…..

Vote Fraud.

Again.

Now, consider this; What do you suppose the chances are that Democrat vote fraud would be limited to just the one office?

CNET News.com has an article up today regarding CellPhone viruses. IN reading about these things…(And it was reinforced today)… all these malware items seem to have only one or two models they can hit. Which leaves a vast majority which is safe even without protection. which raises the question;

Have we caused problems with our computer systems, and thereby our national security, for the single reason that so many important systems are running slight variants of a single OS? (IE; Windows)

ATLANTA (AP) – A judge presiding over a rape trial was shot to death Friday along with two other people at the Fulton County Courthouse, authorities said. A fourth person was wounded and a search was under way for the suspect, the defendant in the trial.

Apparently the defendant grabbed the guard’s gun. Among the dead were Fulton County Superior Court Judge Rowland Barnes and his court reporter.

Interesting. This is the second such attack on a judge (Or at least against a judge) in as many weeks.

………. In proof of the bias aspect, consider this in your own mind; Postulate a John Kerry Administration (Shudder) with Left Side Bloggers asking Gannon-like questions of Mr. Kerry. Kerry would be taking credit for being so open… an openness the left has been screaming the Bush administration does NOT have.

The STrib is reporting this morning that …

So when do we see an official and public apology from the press and the locals in the Windy, to the supposed “white supremacy groups” they claimed were responsible?

There’s somehting of Karma involved here, too…. for lack of a better word. Consider the 3/11 bombings in Spain, a year ago, just today. What did the Spanish government say? “It’s all ETA’s fault”. 
Here, it’s all the White Racist’s fault.

Both were knee-jerk reactions. Both were wrong. I don’t know fully what the connection here is… but that the two cases are so similar argues to somehting systemic in the way societies and law enforcement and governments by extention, react to brutal crimes.

I doin’t know the answer but it’s worth thinking about.
