This story from the Palm Beach area is getting more typical. you know the bit; Someone commits a crime… in this case vehicular manslauhter, and instead of calling the cops, citizens take the situation into their own hands.
There’s a reason for this. Said citizens do not trust that their interests are being upheld by the criminal justice system. They see the police are incresingly powerless, the courts increasingly liberal on punishment, and they see criminals going free.
The direct result of liberalsm is vigilantism, as the citizens begin to understand the government can no longer support their interests.
Am I questioning the motives of liberals? In some cases, yes. In other cases, I question the ability to see what’s what in the longer view.
