Eric Lipton, New York Times, argues the Clintons continue to miscontrue the facts regarding Mrs. Clnton’s vote which authorized the liberation of Iraq:
In interviews and at a recent campaign event, they[the Clintons] have said that Mr. Hagel, Republican of Nebraska, helped draft the resolution, which they said was proof that the measure was more about urging Saddam Hussein to comply with weapons inspections, instead of authorizing combat.

But the talking point appears to misconstrue the facts
Mrs. Clinton continues to miscontrue the facts. Either Mrs. Clinton is lying about the facts, not exactly news, or she is too stupid to know what the actual facts are, not exactly shocking.
