Millions are without power in Kentucky, forty-three are dead.   Does Barack Obama care?  Is Obama even vaguely aware of the situation?

More, Anchoress

Addendum: (Bit)

So much for global warming.

And where is FEMA? Bob McCarty writes:

Five days after being hit by the storm, more than one million Americans in the Midwest are without power, socked in by snow and ice.  Reports of fresh water being in short supply and power outages that may last for weeks has many in the region fearful.  And citizens are growing frustrated, according to an Associated Press report today:

Local officials grew angrier at what they said was a lack of help from the state and the Federal Emergency Management Agency.

How can that be in this era of hope and change?

After all, isn’t this the same crew that screamed bloody murder over NOLA, and FEMA’s supposedly slow response there? Funny, what happens when they’re faced with reality.
