of the two the GOP establishment is the more treacherous. The Democrats at least aren’t pretending to be conservatives. The GOP establishment is more interested in”Bipartisanship’. .
Bipartisanship is when the GOP establishment (who really doesn’t care about the furtherance of the American culture so long as they get to rule over the ashes of it) and the Democrat party (who is actively seeking to destroy it) get together and agree on something.
Under those conditions it’s pretty much a guarantee that the American people are not going to be well served by such an agreement.
That combination is precisely why the American voters nominated and elected Donald Trump who was neither of those things. And why the government, at least parts of it, are working so feverishly against him.
They know if he gets back in the gig is up
Once you get that through your bean, the rest of this is going to make sense to you.. but not until.
From Jonathan Turley last night:
The Colorado Supreme Court has issued an unsigned opinion disqualifying Trump from the ballot: “The sum of these parts is this: President Trump is disqualified from holding the office of President under Section Three; because he is disqualified.”…courts.state.co.us/userfiles/file
And the thing is they’re acting on something they don’t have any jurisdiction over, yet, if they ever will.
The Colorado supreme Court is acting on a conviction that hasn’t happened, and it’s looking increasingly doubtful that it will… And it seems likely that’s why the court, or whatever political entity is pulling their strings, decided to act when they did.
And there’s something else here as well. This action by the Colorado Court shows clearly that the fix was in.
It also shows that the Democrats really don’t care about the will of the people.
This is not going to withstand review. Once the US supreme Court gets a hold of it it’s going to go down in flames, and the president’s people have already suggested that they are going to appeal to the ussc.
The only advantage for the Democrats at this point (and they must have known this) was that it creates a negative headline with Trump’s name attached to it.
What they have not calculated with is that in turn it’s going to lead to more solidification of Trump’s lead over Joe Biden. That’s been the pattern for months now, as real clear politics has been showing..
Oh one more thing, Laura ingraham on her show tonight suggested that if Colorado can capriciously write an opinion that keeps Donald Trump off the ballot can’t we do the same with Joe Biden?
* The concept of hate speech is generally put forward by people who cannot control the conversation by logical means.
* You certainly have the right to pretend to be whatever you want. Where you’re going to run into trouble with that is expecting everybody else to play along in your fantasy.
* Large numbers of people rightly condemn Hamas for beheading infants in their attacks on Israel and yet planned Parenthood which they support does that all the time.
* Speaking of Hamas, I find it fascinating that so many college students in the ivy leagues received pro Hamas talking points on October 8th… the day after the attacks. And disturbing that nobody seems tremendously interested in knowing where those talking points came from. It seems clear that there was a pre-planned public relations effort here.
* Intriguing that so many people who have been calling conservatives Nazis for years now are now making noises which suggest Hitler had a point about the jews, all along. Interesting also, that so many of those college students started backing away from those pronouncements upon getting called out on them. Almost as if they didn’t reason it out before parroting what their betters told them to say
* I find it fascinating that no women are coming forward to accuse Barack Hussein Obama of sexual misconduct with them. I suppose the reasoning for that is blatantly obvious.
Arizona Gov. Katie Hobbs (D), announces via executive order that she is deploying the AZ National Guard to the AZ border, saying “the federal government is refusing to do its job to secure our border.” She adds that Biden admin hasn’t responded to her reimbursement request..
Don’t fall for this move. Biden is pulling in the low 30s these days, and this is about nothing more than saving his candidacy. If Hobbs doesn’t do this, she would no longer get support from the DNC. That’s how this Nazi stuff works.

But let’s look a little deeper at that. What specific actions of Biden brought about the invasion of the Ukraine?
Two things.
First, Putin understands that unlike Trump, Biden will never responding to direct fashion militarily to Russia’s expansionism.
The other reason is the price of oil.
Do a little research on the time frames when Russia invaded one of its neighbors, the Crimean region for example. If you’re Sharp enough, you may noticethat every time the price of oil went up, Vladimir Putin invaded somebody.
8 years of Obama, oil prices high, (mostly because of the myth of global warming and the government responding to that with after having created that myth.) We all know Vladimir Putin’s actions during those years.
Donald Trump comes along, and opens American production of domestic oil and gas causing not only providing a very strong American economy, but the price of oil worldwide drops precipitously. Vladimir Putin stays home.
( And by the way, even with oil consumption up America’s carbon footprint still went down quite a bit. It’s going back up since the shortsightedness of the Democrats has taken hold of our government.)
Joe Biden who like Obama, worships on the altar of the myth of global warming, that tells us no more oil companies.. no drilling, no fracking, no permits. The government starts pushing at his behest, electric cars. And in his myopic vision everything runs off of electricity.
What happens? Price of oil skyrockets, and along with that happening Vladimir Putin getting militaristic and invading Ukraine.
If I remember correctly it was John McCain who once remarked that Russia was it gas station masquerading as a country. In my view, it’s one of the few things at that idiot ever got correct. That said, Vladimir Putin understood that equation long before John McCain did.
In reality the same thing can be said about Iran, Saudi Arabia and so on. Each has certainly been more active on the world stage with the increased price of oil.
Put another way, with cheap oil to megalomaniacs and the dirt scratchers in those countries are contained. When the price of oil starts going up in response to the shortages created by our government, they’re able to fund their warlike intentions.
My friends, the conclusion is obvious that the world is a much more dangerous place because of the energy policy of the Democrats. It’s really that simple and that’s straightforward.
Add to that the consequences to these United States and the rest of the world economically, and you have ample reason for turning the situation around by turning the valves open on American oil and gas.
The Democrats aren’t going to let that happen while they have the power to stop it.
It certainly pertinent to ask whose side they are on. Certainly, not yours or mine. Certainly, not America. Certainly, not a peaceful world.
It is recorded in our history books that when he looked down at the ship full of smiling, victorious faces… faces of his flyers, just having returned from Pearl Harbor, Japanese fleet Admiral Yamamoto was quiet, pensive, even apprehensive. He later wrote in his private diary,
“I fear all I have done is awakened a sleeping giant and filled him with a terrible resolve.”
It took the attack on Pearl Harbor to awaken Americans to the threat that the world faced, 82 years ago, today.
Today, the Western world faces a different kind of threat.
The threat we face today is much larger than the one that we faced 82 years ago, and for that matter a larger threat than we faced on 9/11, because the attack is coming from inside our borders, inside our government houses. People who swore to uphold our constitution, are now actively tearing it down, all in the name of improving the world.
Demonstrably however, they’re doing exactly the opposite.
And I can’t help but wonder what it will take to completely awaken Americans and indeed the whole of Western society to that threat.
Maybe it’s time for Americans to rise up with the same kind of terrible resolve that they showed 82 years ago, today?

I said it was going to come to this. From Behind the Black:
Bring a gun to a knife fight: The many military soldiers punished by Biden for refusing the Covid jab have now filed a class action lawsuit for what they expect to be worth billions.
Former troops are suing the U.S. government for lost pay and benefits due to the Biden administration’s military vaccine mandate, one of the lawyers who successfully brought down the Anthrax vaccine told Breitbart News.
Attorney Dale Saran, a retired Marine, and fellow attorneys Andy Meyer and Brandon Johnson are representing the former troops in three separate lawsuits they plan to turn into a class action lawsuit on behalf of all service members who were either kicked out or illegally ordered to stop drilling, resulting in loss of pay or benefits. Saran said the amount is in the “billions.”
“It’s worth billions. That’s just flat-out. That’s what it is in backpay. It’s billions of dollars,” he said.
The problem of course is that they’re going after the wrong people, here. Instead of the government paying for this…. that is to say the taxpayers…. what SHOULD happen is that the government mucks who forced this situation on us, should be paying for these lawsuits out of their own pockets…. hopefully breaking them in the process.
If they can’t pay, they should be jailed until they do. Hopefully, we can keep them out of the sunshine permanently.
I certainly agree that some penalty should be involved here. But the taxpayers weren’t responsible for this and forcing them to pay isn’t right.
Here ’tis:
WHY DON’T PEOPLE WHO EXPRESS GRAVE CONCERN ABOUT PALESTINIAN CASUALTIES CALL ON HAMAS TO RELEASE ITS HOSTAGES AND SURRENDER?: Because they don’t really care about Palestinian well-being. The allegedly “pro-Palestine” movement’s main objective is to destroy the State of Israel, for various reasons–antisemitism, Islamism, pan-Arabism, hatred of the West. The welfare of actual Palestinians is at best a secondary concern. This, among others things, is why you see virtually no voices who claim to be concerned with Palestinian well-being calling on Hamas to surrender. Hamas’s surrender would surely be good for the Palestinians. It would end the war and its attendant destruction, and it would mean that some new group would govern Gaza, and that new government could hardly be worse than the corrupt, Islamist, war-mongering dictatorship of Hamas. But, and here’s the key, Hamas’s surrender would also benefit Israel. And the “movement” is happy to sacrifice both immediate and long-term Palestinian well-being to harm Israel.
David Bernstein at Instapundit
Add to that the bit I posted the other day as regards the rest of the middle east not wanting anything to do with the so-called “Palestinians” from Town Hall:
It feeds into everything that’s been reported about Israel’s Arab neighbors and why they don’t want Palestinian refugees roaming wild in their country: they bring trouble. The late King Hussein had to declare war on them and successfully drove them out. The problem is the Palestinian Liberation Organization set up shop in Lebanon, where they caused problems for the government while also attacking Israel from the southern part of the country. Israel had to invade in 1982 and remained in Southern Lebanon until 2000. Egypt has closed its border with the Gaza Strip in Rafah due to terrorism concerns.
In the days after the brutal October 7 attacks executed by Hamas, Egypt knew what was going to happen. They deployed tanks to the border while their prime minister vowed that his country would sacrifice millions to keep their borders safe. He was not referring to Israel. So, what’s the latest? Well, Haaretz is reporting that Israel’s Arab neighbors are telling Jerusalem privately that they shouldn’t stop military operations until Hamas has been annihilated. They view them as a domestic threat.
Matt Vespa
In the end, Hamas and before that the PLO, etc.,etc., ad nauseum, are tools to an end…. nothing more. They’re quite willing to let the so-called Palestinians do their dirty work for them. But let’s say tehy actually accomplish that grusome goal…. what do you suppose will happen to the Palestinians?
You and I both know the answer to that question.
Donald Trump is politically battle-tested in ways that no other presidential candidate has ever been. In 2016, before he could ever get to the part where he deposed Hillary Clinton, he faced a concerted effort by the Republican establishment to deny him the nomination that he had rightfully earned via the primaries. That was still happening at the convention.
Yeah, well, notice that the GOP establishment tried to do the same thing with Ronald Reagan. You may recall how that worked out. We’ll get back to that
Despite the unceasing efforts to wear him down and destroy him, Trump keeps showing up to work. His haters aren’t getting any of the results they want. In fact, Trump’s poll numbers are on steroids now.
True, that. And I take it as a sign that the American people including a lot of Democrats are beginning to realize just how corrupt the establishment of both parties is.
The question now before us, and it’s a large one, is will the establishment of both parties except the choice of the people? The answer of course is no they will not given that they’re still fighting tooth and nail against somebody who according to RealClearPolitics, is the odds on favorite to win both the nomination and the election.

So says the New York Post in what amounts to a bit of a puff piece.
All I can do is shake my head at the irony here…. It is irony indeed that Portman doesn’t recognize the connection between being an industry driven by far leftist ideals, and an industry which shamelessly sexualizes children. Perhaps it has something to do with Portman being a flaming leftist herself, who is thus forced to compartmentalize such matters?
What she doesn’t see, or even if she does, she will never comment on, is that it is those leftist ideals which complained bitterly about the morality involved with Epstein’s Island, and yet still work feverishly to keep the consequences of participating there, off the Nations agenda.
