A second story in the New York Post opens as follows…

Hunter Biden pursued lucrative deals involving China’s largest private energy company — including one that he said would be “interesting for me and my family,” emails obtained by The Post show.

One email sent to Biden on May 13, 2017, with the subject line “Expectations,” included details of “remuneration packages” for six people involved in an unspecified business venture.

Biden was identified as “Chair / Vice Chair depending on agreement with CEFC,” an apparent reference to the former Shanghai-based conglomerate CEFC China Energy Co.

And by the way, both Facebook and Twitter have blocked this story as well.

I can’t imagine why.

It’s interesting to note that the Biden family latching on toenergy companies after preaching to us for years about “going green” was apparently in direct opposition to what they were actually doing.

Interesting also that we’re dealing with China here. I suggested a while ago that this Russian collusion thing was a Chinese double blind and the bidens dealing with the Chinese on this kind of level does nothing to quell that suspicion.

Ted Cruz is taking an interest in all of this and sent a letter off to Jack Dorsey that’s a short while ago… And here it is. (Drill the thumbnail to open it up)

It’s also interesting to know that the Biden campaign has denied none of this but instead is going after the messenger… A sure sign of panic. They’re cornered now and they know it.

Interesting letter from Ted Cruz to Jack Dorsey

Tell you what Ted, while you’re at it you might want to investigate why Twitter pulled Tucker Carlson’s monologue down from last night.

Apparently Tucker caught a little too close to home for the Democrat party, and why Twitter locked the White House press secretaries account.

I’m seeing surveys going by that report support for judge Barrett is basically going through the ceiling .

That support is probably justified, based on what I have seen of the hearings, (and what I know of her judicial record)

I suppose it an open question as to whether or not that support is because of the qualities that the judge possesses, or that Democrat senators are making complete asses out of themselves trying to oppose her. I suspect it’s a little of both.

To the degree that it’s the latter, is the precise degree to which we will see changes in the Senate for a larger Republican majority.

Slow Joe, b/k/a Joseph Biden(D – DE) boost of his lower middle class roots He has displayed little evidence of either intellect or work ethic. Has been forced to subsist on fifty years on a government paycheck. Yet the son of coal miner, with little evidence of employable skills, is worth an estimated nine million dollars with four million, to include three mansions, in real estate, from Town and Country Magazine:

For most of his 44-year-long career in public office, Joe Biden had a nickname: Middle Class Joe. He also often called himself “one of the poorest members of Congress.” His scrappy roots—born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, to a father who suffered a number of financial setbacks—are now a big part of his 2020 presidential campaign’s plan to appeal to American voters. But according to the Wall Street Journal, the reason why Biden was often at the bottom of the wealth ladder among his colleagues in the Senate had a lot to do with his life-long obsession with real estate. “Even as a kid in high school I’d been seduced by real estate,” he wrote in his 2007 autobiography, Promises to Keep.

Biden began buying homes—especially those that were outside his budget—in his twenties, taking out multiple mortgages and receiving loans against life insurance policies. His net worth was often in the negatives—in 2007, he was ranked the least wealthy senator.

Today, the 77-year-old Democratic presidential nominee is hardly middle class anymore. According to a 2019 Forbes estimate, Biden and his wife Jill are worth $9 million, much of that accrued from speaking fees and book deals that came pouring in after his vice presidency. About $4 million of that worth is in his real estate.

Slow Joe’s opulent life style is not consistent with that of an honest man living off of a government paycheck. Nor does meager writing skills and unimpressive speaking skills indicative of an orator who could legitimately merit high speaking fees.

President Trumps personal lawyer, former federal attorney and former mayor of New York City, one Rudy Giuliani, video:

Text,from Red State:

After the New York Post published a story on Hunter Biden’s dealings with Burisma today from information found on a hard drive that allegedly belonged to the former vice president’s son, Rudy Giuliani took to YouTube to lay out the case for a new accusation:

That Joe Biden was receiving half of Hunter’s contracts.

The Mayor calls Slow Joe a crook and his extended family a crime clan.  Memo to the Biden Bunker in Willington, respond or Donny will.

Which is the more damning:

1) Having now all the declassified documents that prove Trump was targeted?

2) The media (ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, MSNBC, PBS, New York Times, WaPo, etc.) not reporting on it?

3) American-based social media blocking stories about Democrat corruption?

4) Or, people who hate Trump so much that when they find out they don’t care?

Some things that occur to me as I go through my day…

# I guess the Democrats are just going to have to approve of Judge Barrett being on the Supreme Court so that they can find out what she’ll do. Wasn’t that the standard for Obamacare?

# Speaking of which, I’m seeing reports that Obamacare has people putting off medical treatment because it’s too expensive.

# If you don’t like crowds, apparently the ideal place for you is a Joe Biden rally.

# Found this in my mailbox this morning. Just a guess, but I’m thinking these people probably are not being bothered by the pollsters.

They’re probably not being bothered about their extended car warranty several times a day, either.

# Biden says “People Who Think They’re Better Off Under Trump Shouldn’t Vote for Me”. Wish granted.… Even though China and Iran want me to vote for Biden

# It’s getting harder to write snarky lines about Joe Biden. Simply dropping quotes from him is more effective at times. Like yesterday, for example.

# Interesting how the Obama DOJ couldn’t find Hillary Clinton’s emails, but the Trump DOJ can.

# it’s fascinating watching the Democrats falling all over themselves to be critical of judge Barrett’s Catholicism, given the undeniably pro-socialist attitude coming out of the Vatican lately.

# Kamala Harris was chosen for her assumed color… (the claim is she’s black but she isn’t) …and sex ….(boy, there’s a loaded question) …by a group of people who have been spending the last 40 years telling us the color and sex don’t matter.

Every American needs to hear this

https://youtu.be/mnRqUGdGv4s

The blowback on this thing is already huge. We need to make it larger yet.

And this is a target -rich environment. As Ed Morrissey pointed out yesterday:

There are all sorts of questions this raises, but not just for the Bidens. For them, the questions are simple: if this is on the level, how do they explain lying all this time about their actions with Burisma and Ukraine? For House Democrats who impeached Donald Trump over his phone call with Ukrainian president Volodymir Zelensky by claiming it was corrupt, this raises a huge problem right before they have to go home to voters who will want to know what they will do about Biden. The same is true for Senate Democrats who tried to remove Trump over it.

I will say this flatly:

They all need to go down over this thing, and we as a nation need the spectacle of Democrats being dragged off to the vertical bar hotel over it.

Hot Air says:

As Ed wrote earlier, the NY Post has a big story out today headlined “Biden’s Secret E-mails” about files found on an old laptop computer someone allegedly dropped off at a repair shop and never returned to collect. One of the items discovered on the computer was an email in which an advisor to the board of Burisma allegedly sent to Hunter Biden thanking him for a chance to meet with his father Joe Biden.
As Ed has been pointing out all morning, there are plenty of reasons to look into the details of this story with caution. Reasonable people may want to take it with a grain of salt until we have more information about the history of this laptop. But that’s a process that belongs in the hands of individuals, not social media companies.

Indeed so.

Let me stipulate for the record first, that I agree with Ed in this, and that I consider Ed to be both a friend and a trusted source.

With that said, however, I can’t help but remember… Angrily, I must say… That there was no such caution from either the mainstream Media or the social media about the supposed Russian collusion, the Ukrainian scandal, and any number of things over the last 4 years. They grab the bait the line the fishing pole the fisherman and half the coast. Precaution? Cross-checking? Never heard of it. There’s orange man bad to get rid of.

As as Paul Haverman correctly says:

Here is Facebook explicitly admitting it is protecting Biden — and interfering in the presidential election — by censoring media outlets and limiting discussion of today’s breaking news about Biden’s engagement with Burisma.

Funny how the Russian collusion hoax, and dozens of other hoaxes, didn’t warrant the same scrutiny.

Every news organization worthy of the name should be turning over every rock to either corroborate or debunk the Post’s article. Instead, they’re actively ignoring it, if not censoring it. You simply won’t find it in the leftist media, unless they’re throwing poo at it instead of reporting it.

Disgusting.

At the risk of being obvious, both the mainstream media and the social media are taking on the appearance of being selectively pious about checking their facts.

And as for the New York Post, I’ve said for years that they have more gravitas than the New York Times has had since the fake news of Walter Duranty.

Ed correctly points out:

There are all sorts of questions this raises, but not just for the Bidens. For them, the questions are simple: if this is on the level, how do they explain lying all this time about their actions with Burisma and Ukraine? For House Democrats who impeached Donald Trump over his phone call with Ukrainian president Volodymir Zelensky by claiming it was corrupt, this raises a huge problem right before they have to go home to voters who will want to know what they will do about Biden. The same is true for Senate Democrats who tried to remove Trump over it.

Buckle up kids, it gets bumpy from here.

Some things that occur to me as I go through my day.

# How is it that when Republicans nominate a Supreme Court Justice it’s political, but when Democrats nominate a Supreme Court justice, it isn’t? Is that like when a liberal expresses their opinion it’s Free speech, but when a conservative expresses their opinion it’s hate and intolerance?

# The Judge did just fine in the hearings. She effortlessly showed us just how desperate the Democrat party is these days.

# Ask yourself, can you possibly imagine Joe Biden sitting and answering questions like she did, for as long as she did? The gaff reel alone would take up 3 hours.

# So, Donald Trump’s kids are out on the campaign trail. Why isn’t Hunter Biden out on the campaign trail, I wonder?

# Meantime, I see Bernie Sanders is out stumping for Joe Biden. In other words, once again Bernie is out there trying to get you to vote for somebody that he spent over a year telling you that you couldn’t trust.

# The reports we’ve been seeing for weeks now suggest that if you want to be alone, the ideal place for you is a Joe Biden rally.

# Reports I’m getting here suggest that the Trump rally in Florida ingredients list contained around 17% registered Democrats.

# Think about those last two points in contrast to each other and tell me how this is all going to come out.

# I see Kyle Rittenhouse is not going to be charged. The question of why this was even a question at all raises its ugly head. The most obvious answer is the local government hacks decided that they needed some cover from the rioters. This whole thing has been bizarre. Perhaps the most bizarre thing of all is the constant charge of being a racist, being thrown at Rittenhouse, for the crime of shooting a couple of white guys who were attacking him, and were bent on killing him.

He will doubtless tell us that it was seared into his memory.

One is mindful of Bill Clinton telling us about church burnings in Arkansas. About Blumenthal telling everybody about how he served in Vietnam. About Jesse Smollett. About better than 80% of these supposed police brutality items that have popped up the last several years. If you like your doctor you can keep your doctor. The Russia hoax. The Ukraine hoax. The Stormy Daniels hoax. The Charlottesville fine people hoax. The obstruction of Congress hoax.

And so on and so on and so forth. the list is longer than I want to bother typing out… but everyone reading this message will understand what I’m talking about here. It comes down to this question :

Is there anything, anything at all, that the Democrats have attached themselves to, that isn’t an outright hoax, a lie, a falsehood, a scam?

Eric Florack on October 13th, 2020

Some thoughts that occur to me as I go through my day.

# I notice Taylor Swift spending an awful lot of time backing Joe Biden. I guess that makes sense if you think about it, because most of her songs are about her poor choices in men.

# Rob Reiner seems to have spent the majority of his entire life proving Archie Bunker was always correct.

#Joe Biden said that the only court packing that is occurring is what’s happening now to install Judge Barrett to SCOTUS. He obviously has no knowledge of the Constitution. President Trump is executing his Constitutional DUTY to place a new Justice on the court to fill the vacancy left by RBJ. He is a liar.

#Biden is trying to convince us that he will a) shut the country down if “science” tells him to while simultaneously b) “building it back better”. I hate to break it to you, Joe, but you can’t do both at the same time.

#if we are to take seriously the comments we heard yesterday at judge Barrett’s confirmation hearing, the Democrats biggest fear right now is having another judge on the court who will take literally the law as written and the Constitution as written.

Eric Florack on October 13th, 2020

Kruiser notices something:

… I’ve noticed that the Democrats are getting even more shrill with the one-two punch of the election and Amy Coney Barrett confirmation fear-mongering. Heck, even Joe Biden has sounded awake a couple of times. He can’t remember anything anymore, but there has been a little something extra in his voice lately.

Panic?

On Monday, I watched him finish a quick interview by looking at a camera and saying “22 million people are going to lose their health care next month.” You could tell it was a talking point his handlers told him to make sure he worked in.

Read the whole thing.

I must say here that I still don’t buy his attitude about “irrational exuberance”. I mean, okay… Yes, the chances are higher than usual that the Democrats will steal the election, (vote fraud etc) but that’s what they do.

But as far as the panic button being hit, he’s got this one spot on. I’ll even tell you what’s causing it… nobody, but nobody is showing up to these rallies that Joe Biden is holding.

A total of eight people showed up to the Biden rally in Pennsylvania

There is absolutely no excitement about Joe Biden being POTUS. Indeed, there is less excitement now about Biden than there was about Hillary Clinton, and there’s somebody who was outright hated, even in the Democrat party.

To say the least, it’s difficult to imagine that the Democrats are going to manage to drag his sorry butt over the finish line… And frankly, I think the Democrats are beginning to see the same thing.

So as Steve points out, they’ve begun the fear-mongering routine. If we are to take the comments that we heard in the confirmation hearing yesterday, their biggest fear is another judge on the Supreme Court that will actually take the law and the Constitution literally, as written.

I’m not sure even they think it’s a valid argument, but it’s all they’ve got to go with, to create fear with.

A Trump supporter, Lee Keltner, has been murdered in Denver, from the Denver Police Department:

Matthew Dolloff (DOB 03-07-1990) is being held for Investigation of First Degree Murder in connection w/the shooting that occurred yesterday at 10 W. 14th Ave. This remains an active investigation; any additional updates will be released as it becomes available.

The crime, graphic, video:
https://twitter.com/i/status/1315491203530530822

Points:
The victim was in retreat and unarmed, no lethal weapons.
The television station claimed the shooter was hired as security guard.  Yet displayed to indication of such state, uniform, badge, or vest.  No security agency has admitted to hiring him.

Want to buy a television station.  While the station should escape criminal prosecution, they face massive civil liabilities.

Paging Ben Crump, here a case even a hack lawyer such as yourself can win?  Interested?  I didn’t think so.

To Kamala Harris, got the money for Dolloff’s bail?. Maybe George Soros can lend you some?

For those who not familiar with the terms of the 25th, to include the
Speak, the Amendment is trigger by the Vice President, and requires the consent of the majority of the Cabinet.  Any congressional approval requires 2/3rds approval of both the House and the Senate.  Good luck with the former, and on what planet are you going to find 67 Senator to agree on the day of the week?
