Some things that occur to me as I go through my day…

# If there’s one thing we’ve learned in the last couple of weeks it’s that your chances of recovering from Covid 19 are far greater than recovering from Trump derangement syndrome

# So, did you notice that Hillary Clinton has been replaced? The new queen of smug is Kamala Harris. The funny part is that she’s almost as good at lying as Hillary Clinton, but not quite. But in the end, she’s a drag on the ticket.

# Speaking of that, Mike Pence mopped the floor with Kamala Harris last night. She knew it, too. Too bad CNN didn’t figure it out. As a matter of fact, last night was the first time that Harris has had to answer any serious questions since Biden tapped her for the ticket. She failed, and miserably so.

# Ironically, the Democrat party inspired riots of 2020 have reminded Americans of the value of the second amendment, says Glen Reynolds. He’s right about that.

# Chemung county New York is seeing a spike in coronavirus cases. Nothing surprising there. We’ve said before there is no way that everyone on the planet won’t get this thing, eventually. But one never Trumper is complaining that people in Chemung County have to learn how to pray at home. Since the VD rate in Chemung county is also spiking, somehow I don’t think it’s the religious that are causing the spike, but that’s just a guess.

# I’ve been saying it for a long time, and catching hell for it. Jane Fonda just confirmed it.

# Wonders will never cease, I suppose. Josh Hammer over at what’s left of Newsweek actually penned a reasonable piece, asking:“Are Bill De Blasio and Andrew Cuomo Targeting New York City’s Jews? ” Well yeah, them, and the elderly. After all, they’ll only vote Republican if you let them live.

From Behind the Black:

Newly declassified CIA documents show that the spy agency briefed President Barack Obama in July 2016, during the presidential election campaign, about a Hillary Clinton campaign effort to plant a false Trump/Russian collusion narrative in the press in order “to vilify Donald Trump by stirring up a scandal claiming interference by the Russian security service.”

The memos indicate the CIA first received the information through monitoring of Russian sources but deemed it credible enough to both brief Obama on it in July 2016 and to refer the intelligence to the FBI in September 2016 for possible investigation.

The warnings came as the FBI was just starting its Crossfire Hurricane probe into now-disproven Trump-Russia collusion, aided by the Clinton campaign-funded dossier by Christopher Steele. They are likely to bolster GOP claims the James Comey’s FBI ignored clear evidence that the allegations were a political dirty trick and not evidence of a counterintelligence threat.

“Per FBI verbal request, CIA provides the below examples of information the CROSSFIRE HURRICANE fusion cell has gleaned to date,” the September 2016.referral from the Agency to the bureau read. ““An exchange [redacted] discussing US presidential candidate Hillary Clinton’s approval of a plan concerning US presidential candidate Donald Trump and Russian hackers hampering US elections as a means of distracting the public from her use of a private email server.”

Two months earlier, then-CIA Director John Brennan briefed Obama, according to handwritten notes written after the briefing. “We’re getting additional insight into Russian activities from [redacted],” Brennan notes read. “CITE alleged approved by Hillary Clinton a proposal from one of her foreign policy advisers to vilify Donald Trump by stirring up a scandal claiming interference by the Russian security service.” [emphasis mine]

These notes, written at the time by these CIA officials, also make it clear that this Trump/Russian collusion scam was directly approved by Hillary Clinton as a campaign tactic. Yet, though Obama, the CIA, and the FBI were all informed of the fake nature of this plan, the FBI under James Comey — apparently with Obama’s approval — made that plan a major FBI investigation that allowed the Obama administration, acting as a campaign surrogate for Clinton, to spy on her political opponent. After she lost the effort was then turned into a weapon to try to overthrow Trump, despite the fact that he had been legally elected by the American people.

We have always suspected this but now we have definitive proof.

The only question remaining before us is why these people are not in jail right now… Up to and including Barack Hussein Obama and Basement Biden.

Over at PJM Matt Margolis points out an interesting trend in the polling data:

“According to an analysis from Real Clear Politics, Biden holds a 4.4 percentage point lead over the president in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Florida, North Carolina and Arizona,” she explains. “However, Democrat Hillary Clinton was ahead of Trump by 4.8 points in these swing states this time in 2016—a slightly greater advantage than the one Biden currently has.”

Biden’s leads in Pennsylvania and Michigan, two states Trump won, are also smaller than Clinton’s leads at this time four years ago. “The Real Clear Politics average shows that Biden is ahead with a 6.3 lead in Pennsylvania and a 6.2 advantage in Michigan. Comparably, Clinton was leading in these two states by 9.2 points and 9.6 points, respectively, this time in 2016.”

Similarly, polls for Wisconsin and North Carolina show Biden with a smaller lead than they did for Hillary Clinton back in 2016.

Now, let’s do a flashback to a couple of days ago, where I said:

Three times in the last week I’ve had people suggest that Trump won the 2016 election because the Democrats got complacent.

Ummmm… No.

The truth is Trump won the 2016 election because the Democrats had an absolutely horrible candidate at the top of the ticket that even a large number of Democrats wouldn’t vote for.
That situation hasn’t changed.

What has in fact changed, is that while in 2016 a large number of Democrats sat on their hands and did nothing, in 2020, a large number of Democrats are crossing the aisle having had enough of what the Democrat leadership has been offering up. That’s completely new and the numbers are impressive.

Now to that I will add this observation…

Trump didn’t have nearly the swing voters in his camp in 2016, largely because he was an unknown. That’s no longer the case. Add to that the number of people that are walking away from the Democrat party, particularly among minority voters, and you have enough to cause a trend in the data.

Where there is real movement though, is in the swing voters who have had four years to watch Donald Trump work through everything that the Democrats could throw at him. Put another way, after 47 years in elective office Joe Biden is still telling us what he wants to do. Donald Trump, meanwhile, is running on a record of accomplishment. That Delta between the two candidates is what’s making the difference among the swing voters, and that is what’s going to determine this election. If the trends hold, my original prediction holds… Trump supporters will be breaking out the champagne on election night.

Oh… Lest I forget, none of this takes into account The fallout from the Russia hoax notes being declassified. But I’ll get into that tomorrow.

Things that occur to me as I go through my day.

# Okay, admittedly, not all Joe Biden supporters are pedophiles.

But every blessed one of them is decided that it isn’t a deal-breaker.

#It was amusing watching CNN after the president left the hospital. Clearly they were annoyed that he didn’t die from coronavirus.

# What the president has been through in the last week and a half clearly demonstrates the uselessness of following expert advice. He had all the experts in the world telling him what he could and could not do. He ended proving beyond any question that the virus is survivable and the government cannot protect you from a virus, all in one swelled foop.  That’s kind of Handy information to have particularly with Democrats trying to crank up fear over this thing

# So Hollywood wants to bail out movie theaters? That’s fine. Let Hollywood bail them out… without government involvement. Let them hate America on their own. Leave me out of it. If they’re having trouble finding the money, maybe they can spend a little less on Democrat party candidates and cough up some of the millions that we paid them over the years. It would be interesting to see them grappling with having to decide what to spend money on.

# I’ll leave you with a shot of fall.

Slow Joe, b/k/a Joseph Biden, claimed to have instructed constitutional law. IF that is indeed the case, Slow Joe, either does not understand the Constitution, or if he once did he as forgotten:

(CNSNews.com) – Democrat presidential nominee Joe Biden said on Monday that if a conservative Supreme Court moved to overrule the Roe v. Wade – the court’s 1973 decision that legalized abortion – he as president would work for legislation making the right to an abortion the law of the land.

The key to understanding Roe is not the conjectured right of privacy, but rather the concept of personhood, and the parent of Roe is Scott v. Sandford(Dred Scott). Roger Taney made no reference to privacy. Rather, rightly or wrongly, Taney assumed that Scott had no rights(personhood) that need be protect, and proceed to treat Scott as property of Sandford.

Indeed the concept of personhood is never defined in the Constitution and only mentioned, but not defined, the amendments. The power to enumerate rights not stated in the Constitution falls to the several states. It is the several states which have to constitutional power to define personhood, not the federal government.

Prior to Roe v. Wade(1973) abortion was legal in some states, illegal in others. In other words, Roe did not legalize abortion. Rather is forbade states from making abortion illegal. The Supreme Court denied the several states their constitutional authority deriving from the Tenth to define personhood.

Fast forward to Slow Joe’s campaign, and he fields an abortion question

“Number one,” began Biden, “we don’t know exactly what she[Amy Coney Barrett] will do, although the expectation is that she may very well move to over – overview – overrule Roe. And the only thing – the only responsible response to that would be to pass legislation making Roe the law of the land.”

“That’s what I would do.”

Neither Biden nor his questioner used the word “abortion.”

First abiding by the Constitution, the Court lacks the authority to make abortion illegal. All the court do is to return the power to decide the issue to the several states. Second, if the court rules that the federal government lacks to power to deprive the several states of their Tenth Amendment, that would prohibit both the court and the congress from interference with the constitutional power of the several states. Even if the would be President claimed to have taught constitutional law.

Statement from President Mr Trump’s physician, Dr. Sean Conley:

“Though he may not be entirely out of the woods yet, the team and I agree that all of the evaluations and most importantly, his clinical status, support the President’s safe return home,”

In response the former republican, former legitimate columnist, and formerly sane Jen Rubin tweeted:

Congress might want to defund Walter Reed. It is a public health hazard.

The Wuflu has a similar morbidity profile as the seasonal flu So Rubin wants to shutter the crown jewel of American’s military medical system. Quit drinking your hair dye, Jen.

From friend and talk show host Stephanie Trussell in Chicago:

What have I been saying for awhile? White liberal women are the absolute worst.

Yesterday I attended the BLACK CHICAGO FOR TRUMP FISH FRY FUNDRAISER MEETUP. It was held in a private resident. About 10 white women and a few small children protested as we entered.

They made tacky signs, gathered across the street to protest blacks who love our President. I wanted to join them and engage but my sister stopped me, per instructions from my mom. I walked in the street smiling and waving hello.

I bet all those white liberals live in neighborhoods with grocery stores. I assure you their children attend quality schools. They sleep with the sounds of crickets not gunshots and sirens. Biden and Democrats support my people living in blighted shooting gallery neighborhoods with failing schools.

My President loves school choice and is investing in the black communities that have been neglected by the Democratic Party for decades.

Some liberal white woman made a BLM sign with Sharpie and a flap from a brown paper box (tacky) to protest me. Let that sink in.

Ya know… Leaving aside Stephanie’s main point for the moment….

The gathering that Stephanie talks about here,is one of many such examples.

Now, as for the in-duh-viduals holding signs across the street from the event… A BLM sign? Really? So, what is the message being sent? That the black lives inside the pro -Trump event including that of Stephanie herself, somehow matter less?

Let’s face it, gang… the protesters that Stephanie talks about here were engaged in partisan politics, while using race as a crutch.

Basement Joe Biden himself came up with “if you’re having trouble figuring out who to vote for you ain’t black.” And this is more of the same, partisan politics wrapped up in blatant racism. The policies that they support, are precisely what has turned Chicago into the hell- hole that Stephanie describes.

It’s taken a lot longer than it should have, but there is… as I say, more and more people catching on to that idea everyday.

And, walking away.

And those bitter clingers across the street? Alas, that they will always exist. We can disagree with their abject idiocy, but personally I have to admit a certain degree of grudging admiration for their devotion to it.

This stuff keeps leaking out… This time from the Washington Times

Democratic presidential nominee Joseph R. Biden flatly denied at Tuesday night’s debate that his lawyer son took huge sums of money from corrupt oligarchs and Chinese communists during his vice presidency, but Treasury Department reports show that Hunter Biden did receive the money.

President Trump chose to make an issue of Hunter Biden’s cash haul from Russia, Ukraine and China with the implication that unsavory figures were trying to buy Vice President Biden and the Obama administration.

He can deny it all he likes, but the fact of the matter is his family is up to their armpits in corruption.

I told you folks a long time ago, about the time that this constant chance of Russia, Russia, Russia started coming from the Democrats that the Democrats were up to their pipicks in rubles… And that as a defense they were taking Saul Alinsky’s advice…”accuse your opponent of what you’re doing”.

davidl on October 4th, 2020

Slow Joe, b/k/a Joseph Biden, maybe the perfect leader, his claim, of the democrats. Slow Joe, the man with a barely functional brain, is the declared leader of the party for people with no souls*, from PJ Media:

According to the newly released poll, 41 percent of Democrats are “indifferent” about Trump’s positive COVID-19 diagnosis, while a staggering 40 percent responded that they were “happy” about it. Republicans, however, were mostly “sad” (55 percent) and “worried” (51 percent).

Thirty-one percent of Democrats actually claimed to be “excited” at the news

It is easy accept that democrats favor the wanton slaughter of unborn human beings. They don’t even care about post partum humans either. And to think they want total control of your healthcare. Forty percent admit they happy that the President has a viral infection. How many more democrats are happy about the President’s health but are just not willing to admit it to a pollster?

[*] Used in a Charles Schumer rhetorical sense, not indicative of personal religious belief.

In my emails, the discussion keeps coming up as to whether or not the first debate is going to move the meter left or right. In response, I will make two points about that.

First, I don’t think Joe Biden did himself any favors with his performance. He spent the majority of the time on his heels, apparently listening for direction on that wire was wearing. (Shown here)

The lesson there, apparently, is that Joe Biden always does what the voices tell him to do. Thing is, their direction wasn’t all that advantageous either.

Even if he had managed to follow their direction precisely it wouldn’t have helped.

Ask for Donald Trump, he missed a few opportunities which I’m actually disappointed about. That said, I’m not sure that made a whole bunch of difference. What his performance at the debate showed (and quite clearly) was that what we have in Donald Trump is the scrapper that the rank and file GOP has been demanding since Reagan and not getting it. Someone who is willing to fight for what his supporters believe in, come hell or high water. There are some who suggest that this attitude is not presidential, but the fact is this is what his supporters, the rank and file GOP has been demanding of the GOP. That’s why Jeb Bush didn’t get the nomination and John McCain and Mitt Romney didn’t get the White House. Alas!, that the establishment GOP still hasn’t learned that lesson.

At the bottom line Trump managed to solidify his base and Biden didn’t manage to bring anybody over to his side.

Ask for Chris Wallace, he has certainly managed to earn his stripes as a never Trump Democrat, but he hasn’t done Fox News any favors. He managed to walk all over the “fair and balanced” moniker with his spikes on. It was an absolutely shameful and inexcusable performance and he should be called to account for it. And then he had the audacity to blame Donald Trump for his mishandling of the whole thing period again, shameful, but a typical democrat. Point your finger at somebody else.

By the way Rasmussen is reporting on my audio channels that post- debate Trump is up by another two points.

Eric Florack on October 1st, 2020
Well now look what I found..

I told you earlier today that the likelihood was that Biden was wearing a wire and was being coached by his people.

Turns out I was right.

Eric Florack on September 30th, 2020
Several points to discuss…

# I don’t know how many times today I’ve heard that was a “messy” event. Well yeah, I imagine that you might consider it messy, if you spent your entire life watching Republicans act like John Q Milquetoast. this is the first time you’ve ever seen a republican that was willing to go to the mat for his cause.

# For all of Biden’s bitching that Donald Trump doesn’t have a plan to address the problems of the country, it’s more than passing strange that he won’t release his list of Supreme Court nominees. Perhaps he correctly assumes that the American people will find them too radically leftist.

# There comes the issue of credibility In all of this. Particularly when you look at the history of the thing. Observe the following graphic if you would:

And so now after all of this Democrat party lying that we’ve been putting up with, we know Joe Biden coming along in this debate and listing all of the problems that he’s going to fix. can somebody explain to me how he should be given any more creds for what he saying now over what the Democrats have been saying for the last four years?

I mean, say what you will, but Biden has been in office since 1972… And before that, if you consider state-level stuff. so after all that time, now suddenly he’s going to dive in and start doing the job he’s been promising for the last 45 years? Lucy and the football.

# The fact that Biden wouldn’t allow himself to be searched for an earpiece prior to the event is not insignificant. Can you imagine how bad he would have been without the coaching he obviously got?

#I’m hearing from more than one source it was at the debate that from the look of Bible particularly the yellow one his eyes apparently, they had him pump so full of Adderall that he could concentrate orange juice by simply looking at it while doing his Adam Schiff impersonation. I tend to doubt I’m ever going to get confirmation out of that one, but then again I wouldn’t put it past them either.

if I were a Democrat I would be royally ticked off at the party leadership for pushing this house plant as presidential material.

# Bonus:

So, Biden is now out on a whistle stop tour pounding on union jobs. Last I looked, union membership was at an all-time low, as is the popularity of unions among the working public. Frankly I don’t think it’s going to move the meter in the direction he thinks it is.

davidl on September 30th, 2020
Reference the show down in Cleveland on Tuesday, the Yankees beat the Indians, 12 – 3. Meanwhile back at the arena, the President staged a spirited debate with the moderator, Chris Wallace.

Off to one side, democrat nominee Slow Joe, b/k/a Joseph Biden claimed to be the leader of the democrat party, from Red State:

At one point, Joe Biden ridiculously declared “I am the Democratic Party.”

Trump was so quick he came back immediately with, “Not according to Harris you’re not,” a reference to Kamala Harris calling their potential administration a “Harris administration together with Joe Biden.”

Video:

The theory that Slow Joe controls that democrats is a widely contested theory. by the likes of Bernie Sanders, and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. Slow is not on board with Comrade Sander’s dream of abolishing private health insurance nor of AOC’s Green New[sic Raw] Deal. Above all, Slow Joe’s own running mate Kamala Harris has claimed ownership of the top of the ticket, as in her refence to the Harris/Biden administration.

Back to the Mud Fest by the Lake, while Donny fed red meat to his base, Slow Joe struggled to keep is purported party in line. Before you claim to be the leader of your party Joe, turn around and see who is behind you.

Eric Florack on September 30th, 2020
First, let’s share this one:

Secondly, it is not insignificant that Joe Biden refused to be searched for an earpiece prior to the event. Can you imagine how bad he would have been absent the coaching by radio?

I’m not sure I totally believe it yet, but I’m hearing by way of KXEL that Biden received the questions in advance. I’m following up on that.

Finally, I must admit that I wasn’t aware that Chris Wallace was running for president. He’s going to be torched this morning for his obvious bias, and justifiably so.

Eric Florack on September 29th, 2020
Some things that occurred to me is I go through my day.

#I believe the difference between now and 1972 on Joe Biden first started in politics, is best explained this way… In 1972 when you bought a car the instruction manual told you how to adjust the brakes and the valves. These days, with Joe Biden running for president, the manual says nothing about the brakes are the valves or for that matter anything technical. It does, however, instruct the driver not to drink the radiator coolant.

# Personally I’m waiting to see how big of a belly flop Joe Biden performs for us tonight. You know it’s going to happen. Apparently, Biden knows it too. According to Matt Margolis, he has declined it to allow an independent search for an earpiece on him prior to the debate.

# Tulsi Habbard of all people is now making noises about ballot harvesting. since we all know that Bell at harvesting and other fraudulent methods are precisely why the Democrats have been pushing for mail-in voting, it seems a little awkward for her to be making such noises this late into the season. It’s my take that she’s probably worried that the Democrats efforts in that area aren’t going to be enough to overcome Mr. Trump, and the Democrats are going to need something to blame Joe Biden’s loss on.

# watch for Biden to be hammered by Trump on China connections, and his family’s less than aboveboard dealings with other countries oh, such as the Ukraine for example.

I’ll be listening tonight
