These are questions that I’m pretty sure we’ll never get a straight answer for.
# why do we suddenly need to spend multiple trillions of taxpayer dollars for a supposed jobs program, when before the current administration took over, we had the lowest unemployment in history without spending dime One?

# Am I the only one to have noticed that while it’s very difficult for you and I to get ammo at the stores, the people responsible for mass shootings don’t seem to have that problem?

Someone told me you have to choose which hill you die on: Get ready to fill out your reports on me, cause I’m going to vent here. Frankly I expect some “unfriending” to happen and that is fine too.
I believe we all have the right to worship as we please, but I also know that our country, the United States of America, was founded on Christian principles. I believe we should be proud of our country. A quote is a quote. It should not be amended or watered down. The news media should not be afraid to use the “Love of Christ” part. Why they state, “Because, using the words Christ or God might offend someone!” Well, now it’s my turn to be offended!
I’m offended that the news media would edit it out.
Offended that Christians are being asked to tread lightly, so as not to offend someone of another religion. This man, Jesus, loved God, loved his people, loved the world, and gave his life for the sins of all people. Those who believe in Him, and accept Him as their personal Savior, will have everlasting life !!!
This Founding Principle is actually embedded in our Declaration of Independence: “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness.”

To this I can only add what I’ve been saying for years now:
It is a matter of documented history the countries and cultures that separate themselves from the idea of a creator, don’t do very well supporting rights.
The idea that there’s an entity more powerful than government seems crucial to our rights.
This is precisely what I said would happen, though this prediction was easily made:

And because of this opinion, Maryland will now investigate 17 years of his findings in state cases, which includes the case of Freddie Gray, Anton Black, and other high-profile perps who died in police custody.
Ladies and gentlemen this is just the latest indication of how corrupt the lynching of Derek Chauvin has been. They couldn’t intimidate the good doctor, so they’ll prosecute him for defending the cop, and make an example out of him.
This is precisely what happens in every socialist dictatorship in history. Berlin, 1933. Stalinist Russia. Castro’s Cuba. And so on. It’s precisely what Orwell warned us about.
It comes down to this: When the left is in power, you’d better be in lockstep with them or you will be at the end of the proverbial rope as in this case.
Understand, this is not so much about intimidating this witness per se, this is about intimidating anyone in future, who dares to step out of line and actually resort to things like fact. Anything that damages the position of the left must be expunged.

After last year’s rock-bottom viewership hit 23.6 million and the top award went to a Korean film, Parasite, the average person hadn’t even heard of, this year’s Oscars went full woke. You never go full woke . . .
Look… everyone on the planet knows that what Hollywood’s been turning out lately is absolute garbage. But that’s only half the problem reflected in the ratings.
I mean, who doesn’t want to sit for 3 hours and watch a celebration of what are at best mediocre films that nobody outside the glitter gulch has even heard of much less seen, celebrated by self-absorbed leftists who nobody knows anymore, all while being scolded by those same self-absorbed leftists for not being “woke” enough?
If you want to know where America really stands politically and culturally, I advise you not to look at the manipulated vote totals from this most recent election, but look at the ratings on the Oscars.
Ask yourself a question: If the political and cultural elite that are, along with the Democrats, pushing “woke” actually had support in the general population as those manipulated vote totals from last November suggest, would the Oscars viewership be dropping like Bill Clinton’s pants, and like the economy under Obama?

Bazant and Bush question long-held Covid-19 guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the World Health Organization in a peer-reviewed study published earlier this week in Proceedings of the National Academy of Science of the United States of America.
“We argue there really isn’t much of a benefit to the 6-foot rule, especially when people are wearing masks,” Bazant said in an interview. “It really has no physical basis because the air a person is breathing while wearing a mask tends to rise and comes down elsewhere in the room so you’re more exposed to the average background than you are to a person at a distance.”
So if all of this isn’t about the science, what is it about?
In answer I submit that there are groups who seriously benefit when our economy is crippled, nobody’s going to work or school, and we are more “socially distant” (you may remember we used to call it “antisocial”) , separated from each other.
And it’s no accident that these are the results of government orders, particularly in States run by leftists, such as California, New York and so on. It’s also no accident that all of this occurred just prior to a national election where election rules could be changed at a whim all because of the fear of the virus… A fear whipped up to a frenzy by the same people who would politically benefit from the effects of that fear.
The study identifies clearly that we are being lied to:
“We need scientific information conveyed to the public in a way that is not just fear mongering but is actually based in analysis,” the author of the study said.
Is the virus real? Certainly. Is our reaction to it beneficial? Clearly, the answer is no.
The fear mongers need to be called to account.

ALLENTOWN, Pa. (AP) — A man opened fire at a convenience store in Pennsylvania early Wednesday, apparently at random, killing a truck driver who was pumping gas and wounding another man before taking his own life, officials said.
The man had first shot at a car on a highway several miles away before heading to the convenience store around 4:45 a.m., according to Lehigh County District Attorney James Martin. The woman in the car told authorities she didn’t realize her car had been hit with a bullet until she stopped at a Wawa store in Upper Macungie Township, outside Allentown. She was uninjured.
The shooter — who had driven to the same store — pulled up next to a Jeep in the parking lot and shot and wounded the driver, Martin said. He then shot and killed the truck driver before fleeing on foot and fatally shooting himself in the parking lot of a day care center about a quarter-mile away, Martin said. The day care was closed at the time.
Yeah, that’s just a brilliant bit of fact finding. I don’t know of many daycare centers that are open at 4:30 in the morning. But here’s where we get into the thick of it…
A coroner identified the shooter as Za Uk Lian, 45, of South Whitehall Township.

Za Uk Lian had been sick, missing some days of work, and under stress, but there was no warning of the deadly outburst he’s accused of before dawn Wednesday, a longtime friend said.

Law enforcement officers came to the South Whitehall Township home where Lian had lived until about two years ago, and spoke with the homeowner there, Abraham Pa Cawi. Cawi spoke Wednesday afternoon with lehighvalleylive.com from his front door.
Lian was single, with no siblings, and his parents back home in Burma where he and Cawi grew up. They’ve known each other more than 20 years and have been in the United States for about seven or eight years, Cawi said.
“It’s really surprised me,” he said of Wednesday’s series of shootings.
The two spoke Tuesday night via Facebook, and Lian brought Cawi money he owed him, saying it had been awhile and was time to repay the debt. Lian had been sick, and Cawi gave him medicine and made him an appointment to get a COVID-19 vaccine shot after Lian’s shift Thursday at the Home Depot Distribution Center in Breinigsville, Upper Macungie Township, a couple of miles from the Wawa.…
Cawi tried to help Lian with the language barrier that he faced, and which added to his stress when he had to call out of work at the warehouse due to being ill.
“He was stressed from the job,” said Cawi, who is lay director for Chin Burmese ministries at First Presbyterian Church in Allentown
As the reports suggest, the police have no real idea as to motivation other than he was ill, and he was frustrated at his inability to communicate with his supervisors where he worked.
Now of course, the usual cries for gun control (really, gun confiscation) are warming up. But let’s leave that nonsense aside for just a moment and consider the real factors here.
We don’t really have a good picture of what was going on in the man’s mind and it’s difficult to make a judgment based on what we don’t know.
If we trust the reporting, it is clear that the subject was having difficulty communicating with people around him and therefore was frustrated, angry even. It’s not difficult to imagine that with this difficulty he reached the international “enough” line, and lashed out. After he had done that, apparently his sense of right and wrong took over and remarkably he managed to shoot himself both in the chest and in the head, according to at least one report that I’ve seen.
But what was the cause of that frustration?
There was a time in this country when entrance to it was predicated on being able to read and write and speak the language of the country… that is, English. Since all we have to go on is these reports, it seems logical to question whether or not that requirement would have prevented this situation. If communication was less of an issue, would those two people still be alive today.
And look, before you start warming up, I have very little doubt that there were other factors involved here, that the report is not addressing. Such reports are seldom all- inclusive.
Also, it is very difficult for us to make judgments or even to ask questions based on what we don’t know. All we have is these reports to go on.
I’ve written enough in these spaces, that people who are assimilated into our unique American culture tend to do better in our culture than those who do not.
With that in mind, it seems logical to me to ask if this isn’t one of those cases. Could this situation, and those two deaths been prevented by the elimination of the language barrier, and by means of more effective communication, the cultural barrier with it?
By extension, it seems logical to question whether or not we would be a better and safer society if assimilation was a requirement for living here, and for that matter for citizenship.
The shooter was here in this country for 8 years. Why was communicating in the language of the country such a problem this far down the road intern causing this level of frustration?
Because we didn’t insist on it to begin with.
And now, we will be told incessantly for the next 3 weeks that this was not caused by frustration over is lack of communication skills, and that in turn because of liberal immigration policy. Instead, we will all be witness to frantic emotional appeals to take the guns out of law abiding citizens’ hands.
Never let a good crisis go to waste.
The jury was operating under threat of violence from the rabid left. Most of you don’t know this, because the mainstream media hasn’t been saying anything about it, but the violence has been escalating in Minneapolis for the last several days now.
Every night for the past week, many thousands have been listening to the activities of the Minneapolis Police department who found itself facing violence from the organized mobs who are now running Minneapolis. Several times now BLM, antifa, et al have threatened that all hell was going to break loose if a not guilty verdict was issued. Those threats, that violence, aided, abetted, and encouraged by leftist Democrats, were successful.
In short, what we have now is nothing short of mob rule. Sanity and actual justice and rule of law, has been replaced with critical race theory, enforced with threat of violence.
And somewhere, Nicole Simpson is shaking her head.
To continue this fear-mongering nonsense about mask-wearing and social distancing is effectively an anti-vaxxer message. That makes Fauci’s ridiculously unscientific rhetoric dangerous at this point, specifically for those in older age demographics that are actually highly vulnerable to the virus. When people are told nothing changes with the vaccine, they aren’t going to go wait hours in line to get the shot.

President Biden is finally calling the chaos at the southern border what it is — a crisis.
The startling rhetorical turnabout came Saturday in an off-the-cuff conversation with reporters in Wilmington, Del., as Biden tried to defend his Friday flip-flop on refugee admissions.
“We’re going to increase the number [of refugees allowed into the country],” Biden said as he headed home after playing the first golf game of his presidency. “The problem was that the refugee part was working on the crisis that ended up on the border with young people.”
He’s still misidentifying the problem of course. Correctly identifying the problem would put the blame for the mess directly on the shoulders of himself and Kamala Harris. And, you can’t have that.
Clearly, however, Biden was operating without a script and that’s the most dangerous thing for his own agenda that he could possibly do.
I can’t get over the feeling that Joe Biden finally getting around to admitting that what we have at the border is a crisis, (his words not mine), was merely a slip of the tongue. That said, I can’t help but wonder how long it’s going to be before he finally gets around to admitting that that crisis was created by Democratic party policies, and specifically, is policies…his bowing to the extreme left.
In fairness to Biden, it’s becoming increasingly untenable for the White House to keep denying that there is in fact a crisis there, but one gets the impression it’s handlers are going to be annoyed with him for having drifted off the script again.
And where in the world is the vice president? Wasn’t she supposed to be in charge of taking care of the problem down there? It’s clear that the Democrats don’t have a clue as to what to do about the problem that they’ve created, and that the reason Harris hasn’t shown up on the border as she will be immediately expected to be fixing the problem.
She’ll never do it, she doesn’t know how… none of the Democrats do, in fact. Their preconceived notions, their one- worldism stands in the way of all logic.
The biggest problem the Democrats face with this right now is the same problem that they’re facing across the board. They can’t blame president Trump for it any longer. They broke this, they own it, and they know it, and they simply have no clue as to how to deal with it.
No decent human being could disagree with the assertion that the lives of black people matter – and if they don’t currently, then they should. But to agree with the claims made by protesters, activists and campaigners marching under the banner of ‘Black Lives Matter’ is a different question entirely.
Do you agree that US police forces are committing a ‘genocide’ of black Americans? And, if you do think this is happening, do you agree that actions that go beyond peaceful protest are justified in addressing this? Is it enough not to be racist, or must society be reorganised to be actively ‘anti-racist’?
In other words, forget about equality, because some animals are more equal than others. And if you don’t sign on for that, you’re a racist. At least, that’s what Black lives Matter” is trying to sell.
But more egregious then them actually trying to sell this garbage, corporate America has signed on for it and that’s where we start running into problems.
BLM has been embraced by big businesses of practically every sector. Last summer, companies fell over each other to advertise their BLM-friendliness. Whether it was McDonald’s changing its name temporarily on social media to ‘Amplifying Black Voices’ or the CEO of JPMorgan Chase ‘taking the knee’ in front of an open bank vault, BLM and big business became best buddies.
A look into the history of the German Weimar Republic will reveal some downright frightening similarities. Similar also, are the history of Russia, Cuba, Vietnam, China, and more recently, Venezuela.
Big business you see, recognizes intuitively that the rioters are putting money in their pockets, so long as they tow the socio-political line. So who cares if black-owned small businesses by the dozens are being burned out by these rioters? Big business is making money because they’re pretending they care.
And as we’ve all seen by now BLM leadership is making money hand over fist on this as well. Just one example of where all that money is going…

It is truly frightening how often we have to relearn this lesson.
