Boortz asks a good question this morning:
Is it possible that Jackson got tired of paying blackmail money to some parents, and those parents retaliated by going to the police? Some of the news reports say that Jackson lavished money, cars and possibly a new home on this family before the alleged incidents of abuse. Could the family have become dependent on Jackson’s largesse? Did they become bitter when the money dried up? Did they make threats? In plain language, did Jackson fail to respond to a blackmail threat?
This question would seem to tie in with the questions of timing I spoke of yesyerday.
