No matter what happens in this election, the time of the Democrats being in power is limited.
As it stands right now Nancy Pelosi is about five or six votes from losing her speakership in the Democrat caucus in the House.
Even if she doesn’t lose that spot she’s 80 years old and she’ll be swept out of power by that factor alone, if nothing else.
That translates into the more radical elements of the Democrat party taking over in the House. (It’s almost impossible to believe that there are people even more crazy than Nancy Pelosi, I know, but there it is.)
They’re going to be working overtime to put into place their most liberal wet dreams, all in a very short space of time. This will result in an extremely negative reaction from the voters. There is nothing like the implementation of Democrat party policy to ensure massive losses at the ballot box. remember, these are the people who wanted to limit the amount of water in your toilet. The people who wanted to tell you what kind of light bulbs you couldn’t have. the people who took away your health care under the guise of making it “affordable”.
I’ll tell you this right now.. regardless of anything else that happens, look forward to seeing the speaker of the House Andrew McCarthy in 2022.
It happened under Bill Clinton, it happened under Barack Obama. Assuming that the Democrats manage to drag Joe Biden over the finish line, it will happen again.
…Assuming we survive as a country quite that long.
So let’s see if I understand you correctly on this one. Demonstrably the Democrats and the press (but I repeat myself) lied to us about every scandal they tried to keep on Trump’s doorstep. Every single one right down the line… did it for 4 years.
But now, after all of that, after 4 years about Democrats lying about everything… and their underhanded dealings being exposed, we’re supposed to believe they’re telling us the truth about the vote count being accurate and fair….

And after all of that to question the honesty of the Democrats and the press and the vote counters is all a conspiracy theory. and the question they’re veracity at this point is supposedly dividing the nation. It’s all our fault.
Do I have that right?
I did not post anything for veterans Day as yet, mostly because veterans Day also happens to fall on my wedding anniversary. You can understand, I suppose.
But I could not let the day pass entirely without acknowledgment.
…
I walked among giants,
Men of renown,
Great ones they were;
Some, were women.
These men of might
Walked the earth
And communed with us.
They were brave when bravery
Had to make a difference.
Daily, they die.
Soon, they will be extinct.
They left their mark, though,
For all time.
During the great disruption,
They performed gargantuan feats.

These titans saved the planet
And preserved a way of existence.
Daily, they die.
Some were killed in the fight,
Others captured, tortured.
The remains of some were never found.
Some were maimed in body,
Others, maimed in brain.
Most lived to see a new day, a new world.
Now, these colossal men
Serve as pallbearers for their own.
They barely carry the load.
Some hobble with canes.
Some are bent over with years.
Some can only watch
With dim eyes from wheelchairs.
Their eyes see three colors blur as one
And slowly fall into the ground.
Daily, they die.
They are almost a lost breed.
Some are written about,
Most are not.
Some, were my uncles,
Others, my countrymen.
One was my father.
I can tell my children
And their children,
That for a time on earth
I was privileged,
To walk among giants.

Fredo Cuomo, b/k/a Mario Cuomo has made it clear that he wants to retain his title as Angel of Death. Fredo would rather see New York State residents dead, then has any political credit fall on President Trump, from, Betsy McCaughey, New York Post:
Monday’s news that a COVID-19 vaccine from Pfizer will be ready for Food and Drug Administration approval this month sent stock markets soaring and everyone celebrating. It is wonderful news for all humanity.
A vaccine will slow the deaths, end the lockdowns, allow businesses to reopen, free children to return to school and return life to normal within half a year.
Amazingly, one group isn’t celebrating: Democratic politicians. They would sooner criticize the breakthrough than allow the triumph to occur on President Trump’s watch. Gov. Cuomo in New York and Gov. Gavin Newsom in California are saying FDA approval of the vaccine isn’t enough, and they will insist on approval by experts in their own states, as well.
That’s unconstitutional. Drug approval is a federal responsibility, and courts have ruled that states should stay out of it.
Cuomo took it a preposterous step further on Monday, arguing that it would have been better if the vaccine had been delayed until Joe Biden became president. With over 1,000 Americans dying a day from COVID-19, Cuomo’s political calculation makes no sense.
The same title could also be applied to California dictator governor Gavin Newsome
For the record, I believe the federal government has no constitutional authority to control the use of prescription drugs. It is not interstate commerce. That said the federal government has given herself the role, and either it is, or it is not, the federal government’s role. However, Fredo is not challenging the federal government authority, just flaunting it.
It may well too late to save Thanksgiving, but maybe not Christmas. Fredo Cuomo the killer of Christmas.
Here you go kiddies, spread this one around…

To paraphrase Winston Churchill: This may not be the beginning of the end, but it is the end of the beginning. The Battle of El Alamein marked the point when Germany switched from offense to defense. RCP (and AP) have rescinded the call of Slow Joe, b/k/a Joseph Biden, has President-elect. RCP has pulled back their calls for both Pennsylvania and Arizona for Slow Joe.
Note, save for Arizona, where Pengate has been identified, in every uncalled state, President Trump held an sizable Election Day lead. Slow Joe now forced to defend his gifts from the Four in the Morning Santa Claus. Good luck with that..
I keep hearing about how our political polling organizations still do not understand the Trump voter. In all honesty, they never understood the Reagan voter either.
But they’re not alone in this certainly the Democrat party has never understood the Trump voter, they never understood the rig and voter.
They tend to sneer derisively at those voters dismissing them as idiotic and “anti-intellectual”.
An intellectual is a person who engages in critical thinking, research, and reflection about the reality of society, and proposes solutions for the normative problems of society, and thus gains authority as a public intellectual.
So says Wiikipedia… But, I hasten to add that many believed Fidel Castro was an intellectual. Many thought the same of his partner in crime, Che Guevara. I will quietly point out that everything they did including the millions of dead, was within the boundaries of law in their country at the time.
Mao, also, was considered an intellectual. Everything he did, including the millions of dead, was within the boundaries of law for China.
Joseph Stalin was considered to be an intellectual by many, as well. Similarly, everything he did including the millions of dead, was within the boundaries of law for his country at the time.
And of course, Hitler, too, was considered by many to be intellectual and yes, everything he did including the millions of dead was within the boundaries of law at the time.
so much for the absolute value of intellectuals in government.
A short while ago, I responded to an unusually thoughtful column by Jeff Jacoby. In that column, Jeff goes on at great length to painstakingly list as many people who might have been considered responsible for the deaths of his family members and so many others.
I am by no means unsympathetic here, and made that clear to him, in other correspondence. But in the comments, I make a few other things clear, too…
Who, or what killed them?
An idea. and an idea offered humanity by the supposedly smartest guys in the room.
I want you to seriously Ponder the words of Victor Frankl on this point:
“I am absolutely convinced that the gas chambers of Auschwitz, Treblinka, and Maidanek were ultimately prepared not in some ministry or other in Berlin, but rather at the desks and in the lecture halls of nihilistic scientists and philosophers.”
Do you still wonder why anti-Semitism is on the rise in our supposed institutions of higher learning?
The Holocaust is what happens when we turn our futures over to these supposedly smartest guys in the room.
Ponder once again the supposedly anti-intellectual strain going through worldwide politics.
As I said last December…
“I’ve noted before that this is a worldwide trend we’re dealing with, involving the rejection of the establishment. The election of Trump is a symptom of that, as is Boris Johnson winning in the UK… and what else can we call the humiliation French president macron has been suffering in France? What else can we call the protests in Hong Kong? What else can we call the rejection of the politics of Angela Merkel in Germany? I suggest these are all part and parcel of the same thing… A rejection of socialism.
People around the world who have been watching for the last five or six decades, and seeing socialist policies enacted, and seeing the horrendous results of that enactment, are rejecting it in numbers like we have never seen before. The people in all those areas above feel betrayed, and rightly so.”
Is there anybody who doesn’t understand that our educational system is completely broken? and who is it that runs the educational system?

Self-styled intellectuals, who have been handed the power of government. And that’s just one example of many.
Over at Fee Lawrence Reed writes to these points, while quoting historian Paul Johnson, saying that there is a tendency…
…among ordinary people to dispute the right of academics, writers and philosophers, eminent though they may be, to tell us how to behave and conduct our affairs. The belief seems to be spreading that intellectuals are no wiser as mentors, or worthier as exemplars, than the witch doctors or priests of old. I share that skepticism. A dozen people picked at random on the street are at least as likely to offer sensible views on moral and political matters as a cross-section of the intelligentsia. But I would go further. One of the principal lessons of our tragic century, which has seen so many millions of innocent lives sacrificed in schemes to improve the lot of humanity, is—beware intellectuals. Not merely should they be kept away from the levers of power, they should also be objects of particular suspicion when they seek to offer collective advice.
Reynolds notes this and adds commentary from 2011, in part saying..
Part of the problem is that the American distrust of intellectualism is itself not the irrational thing that those sympathetic to intellectuals would like to think. Intellectuals killed by the millions in the 20th century, and it actually takes the sophisticated training of “education” to work yourself up into a state where you refuse to count that in the books. Intellectuals routinely declared things that aren’t true; catastrophically wrong predictions about the economy, catastrophically wrong pronouncements about foreign policy, and just generally numerous times where they’ve been wrong.
Global warming anyone? Middle East peace anyone?
Those are pretty good examples each of themselves, but let’s take Middle East peace. Along comes Donald Trump after 70 some odd years of looking for peace in all the wrong places, Donald Trump gets it done, and of course, gets absolutely no acknowledgment from the intellectual crowd as a result… And that would include the supposedly nonpartisan press who didn’t touch the story, a story which was probably the biggest in the last 70 years.
The intellectuals can’t seem to bring themselves to understand, much less admit, that somebody else actually solved the problem that they’ve never been able to,or God forbid that there are things that they’ve just gottten unquestionably, and disastrously wrong.
Most of it is inability to believe that they’ve been outsmarted and out negotiated by somebody they consider their intellectual inferior.
Again, it takes a lot of training to ignore this fact. “Scientists” collectively were witnessed by the public flipflopping at a relatively high frequency on numerous topics; how many times did eggs go back and forth between being deadly and beneficial? Sure the media gets some blame here but the scientists played into it, each time confidently pronouncing that this time they had it for sure and it is imperative that everyone live the way they are saying (until tomorrow). Scientists have failed to resist politicization across the board, and the standards of what constitutes science continues to shift from a living, vibrant, thoughtful understanding of the purposes and ways of science to a scelerotic hide-bound form-over-substance version of science where papers are too often written to either explicitly attract grants or to confirm someone’s political beliefs… and regardless of whether this is 2% or 80% of the papers written today it’s nearly 100% of the papers that people hear about.
I simplify for rhetorical effect; my point is not that this is a literal description of the current state of the world but that it is far more true than it should be. Any accounting of “anti-intellectualism” that fails to take this into account and lays all the blame on “Americans” is too incomplete to formulate an action plan that will have any chance of success. It’s not a one-sided problem. If you want to fix anti-intellectualism, you first need to fix intellectualism and return it to its roots of dispassionate exploration, commitment to truth over all else and bending processes to find truth rather than bending truth to fit (politicized) processes, and return to great, foundational humility that even the press could not overplay into hubris. And they need to drop their blinders whereby they excuse away the damage that intellectuals have done while ignoring these ancient precepts and only crediting themselves their successes, because it cuts themselves off from the very object lessons that could help them return to this time-tested approach to science, which they still flatter themselves that they follow.
Indeed, Joe and Jane Average are quite correct in their suspicion of the intellectual crowd, having historical reasons which have been proven time and again for that suspicion.
Keep this post bookmarked, because I’m going to be referring back to it over the next 4 years, frequently.
And Slow Joe, b/k/a former Vice President Joseph R. Biden, never legitimately will be. A trove of articles posted on American Thinker: on the legal, Clarice Feldman; tactical Jay Valentine and mathematical, Andrea Widberg.
Points, the Constitution assigns to the legislatures of the serval states the power to assign electors. The Supreme Court has five justices, not including Chief Justice John Roberts, who are inclined to adhere to the Constitution. Republicans control the five key legislatures.
Pennsylvania will be going back to the President.
Coat tails, or lack there of, the Media’s so-called winner only had coat tails extending to some senators; Whereas President Trumps coat tail extended to the entire GOP ticket. In contrast Slow Joe’s coat tails appear limited to those cities visited by the Four in the Morning Santa Claus.
I said this 5 years ago…
Joe Biden has developed a reputation over the years of being the idiot that even the villagers have lost patience with.
Okay, I will admit that he has his supporters, some of them quite rabid in their support, thing is, the actual numbers are vanishingly small. And the thing is, Biden is not going to be picking up any significant support given the platform he’d have to run on. That being a continuance of the policies of the Obama administration. Notice that at least to some degree everyone that was on that stage the other night at the Democrat debate, attempted to separate themselves from the wildly unpopular Obamaism, in varying degrees. Biden apparently understands he would be less able to perform such an Obama- ectomy, than the rest of them, given that he by far was more directly involved with that administration than the rest of them, even more so than Hillary Clinton, arguably.
How much the much ballyhooed death of his son entered into his decision, I don’t know. I suspect that the reason that was hit on so heavily was trying to elicit a sympathy vote. That’s of course about as cold and as calculating a move as you would expect to see from any of them, including Hillary Clinton. I would normally consider it a stretch for him, but given he still has advisors doing a lot of his thinking for him, I wouldn’t put it past him.
And that was 2016.
Arguably he came back and stole the election this time around in 2020. Or so the Democrats believe.

It’s a little presumptuous to be doing a victory dance though, Democrats, when the military ballots haven’t even been counted yet and aren’t even due until next Tuesday…and because of the last minute rule changes that you put forward in every state that is running so far behind ostensibly because of covid-19 we’re still counting ballots including apparently the illegal ones. all of that will result in court cases which will probably stretch until at least February.
But all those little technicalities aside, let’s drop an anchor here with the help of Tammy Leavy, who is somebody that I have known for about 40 years now.
Today is 3 days after the 2020 election. Gasoline is currently $1.80-2.10 per gallon. Interest rates are 2.65% for a 30 year mortgage. The stock market closed at 27,848, even though we have been fighting COVID for 9 months. Our GDP growth for the 3rd Qtr was 33%. We had the best economy ever until COVID and it is recovering well. We have not had any new wars or conflicts in the last 4 years. North Korea has been under control and has not been testing any missiles. Isis has not been heard from for over 3 years. The housing market is the strongest in over 20 years. Homes have appreciated at an unbelievable rate and sell within hours of going on the market, with multiple offers. I hope our new leadership can build on these things and can keep them going, but if I were a betting person I would bet that the only place we will see these results will be in this post. (Copied)
Keep a copy to compare later. 11-6-2020
Probably a wise idea, so I’m keeping a copy of it here as well.
I’ve been saying for years now that the biggest motivation to vote against the Democrats is Democrats in power period once you see the results of their policies, you will be crawling over broken glass to vote against them. I suspect so it will be after 4 years of watching Joe Biden bumble his way through the presidency.
It’s going to be interesting to see whether or not the GOP finally takes the Rockefeller wing of the party… The John McCain’s, theMiitt Romney’s, the Jeff Flakes of the world, by the scruff of the neck and boots them forcibly from the party. That’s a point I’d like to revisit in 4 years as well and I’ll be working between now and then to facilitate precisely that.
But that’s another post.
Excuse me for being late to the party. It is long over due to give due credit to Bill Kystol’s et al pet, the Lincoln Project, from Federalist:
“They’re all supposedly former Republicans, all of them hacks funded by wealthy liberals. They didn’t move a single vote away from Donald Trump,” said Fox News’ Laura Ingraham on Wednesday night of the Lincoln Project team. “Trump garnered 63 million votes in 2016, and already close to 68 million despite enduring years of attack — so 68 million votes in 2020. Yet the media slavishly elevated these hateful people from the Lincoln Project.”
Maybe it was their melodramatic ads that turned off voters. Or maybe it was their shameless elitism and disdain for Trump-voting Republicans — Remember Wilson calling Trump supporters “the credulous boomer rube demo”? — that wrecked their messaging. They certainly didn’t fail for lack of funding.
The Lincoln Project, founded by former Republicans but funded mostly by Democrats, raked in upwards of $60 million since its inception just under a year ago, with the super PAC spending $28 million on the presidential race alone and pouring millions more into congressional races. It became one of the top-spending outside
groups in the 2020 election, after coming under fire for funneling its dollars into firms owned by its own members.
What the Lincoln Boys have done is tribute the market economy. The offered a product, took money, diverted it to their personal portfolios and delivered no product. In other words they created their own private version of Congress, but used ‘rat donor money rather than that of the tax payer.
The Lincoln Project contributed to the public welfare by help to lighten the ‘rat’s purse and provide Patriotic American worthy targets for sport
Aside to Bill and gang: Learn to Code

The ‘rats and their foolhardy donors with deep pockets launch maybe the biggest and foolhardy operation since the Battle of the Bulge. Their objectives include installing the morn Slow Joe, b/k/a in the White House, taking control of the Senate, increasing their control of the House, and increasing their footprint at the state and local level. The color of the United States is Rad(White and Blue) and not Green(New Deal)
Slow Joe may, or may not, gain the Oval Office, or be simply be parked in his basement, being told it is the White House. Slow Joe would have slim majority in the House. Whether Speaker Shampoo can manage to get her moderate and AOC wing to agree on anything is another matter.
Fact, Joe Biden has no legitimate claim to the Presidency. Dropping flash drives into vote closed vote counting centers in at a legitimate way to win an election, at least outside of Venezuela
Many years ago, I had a trusted adult in my life give me a piece of advice which has stuck with me all that time. He said…
“Sometimes running away from a punch in the mouth hurts worse than taking one.”
Put another way, the pain of whatever you’re running from can we can be worse than standing your ground and just dealing with it.
You see, fear can’t stop death. What it can stop, is life. it destroys us on many levels.
If nothing else the last yearor so has taught me that much.

We can’t let fear stop us from being who we are as individuals, and as a people. But that’s exactly what we’ve been doing for this last year at the behest of a government who is supposedly trying to protect us from a virus.
So this morning, Governor Andrew Cuomo, Democrat, has dictated that the covid-19 travel restrictions have been lifted. On the day after the election.
Now if you’re paying attention, you will have seen me write several times that a lot of the reaction to this thing has been political in nature… (when government runs healthcare, every healthcare decision becomes political) and this move by Cuomo would seem to confirm that the restrictions have always been political in nature.
Fear is a strong motivator. once the political need has been satisfied, the fear is no longer necessary and so the covid-19 travel restrictions get lifted.
And yes, I am quite aware of the level of corruption that I’m describing here…. But given what we’ve seen out of the Democrats for the last 4 years… who have clearly demonstrated they’re willing to do absolutely anything to gain power, would you put it past them?
A few more undeniable truths…
# People who call themselves climate scientists, are the world’s most frequent flyers.
# Vote fraud is the antithesis of democracy, yet Democrats suborn vote fraud.
#

Anyone who calls electric vehicles “zero emission platforms” either has no idea how electricity is generated or they’re outright liars, or both.
# After watching the Democrats for the last 4 years it is absolutely impossible to believe that this election is not being affected by Democrat party fraud.
