I do have an overriding concern about our future as a country regardless of how this immediate election comes out.
What worries me is that there are still enough people willing to support somebody who is obviously not mentally all there, whom the evidence suggests is involved with grade one corruption both in terms of himself and and in his family and who obviously has a thing for little girls, to make it as close as it is.
That half the country is willing to support this kind of person being in the White House strikes me as a fatal blow to our republic.
Put simply, we’re not going to last very long with that kind of individual turned loose in the voting booth in such great numbers.
The term is Fatricide, the killing of friendly forces by their own side, or the plot of every Roadrunner cartoon. One clue comes from this past weekend’s Los Angeles Times, which warned that “Super-spreading Trump rallies led to more than 700 COVID-19 deaths, study estimates.” The paper wants Trump supporters to know that hanging out with other Trump supporters can be dangerous to their health. So go home and stay home, Trump chumps.

Tensions were high as protesters took to the streets on Oct. 26 to protest the police shooting of Walter Wallace Jr., a 27-year-old Black man, in West Philadelphia.
As the night wore on, those tensions boiled over, resulting in several incidents where protesters threw objects at police, set a police SUV on fire and set off fireworks, according to Philadelphia Inquirer. NBC10 reports that several officers were hospitalized after being hit by bricks thrown by protesters. In the midst of it all, a police officer was run over by a black truck. As police formed a protective shield around the injured officer, rocks were thrown at them. The incident was caught on a YouTube livestream from After Action Report. The officer has been hospitalized, according to the Inquirer.
This is the kind of thing that has been encouraged by the Democrats up till the time that they figured out it was hurting their polling numbers. Then, suddenly, things changed and they started speaking out against such rioting, albeit more than a bit half-heartedly.
Sorry, folks, I find it very very difficult indeed to muster up any sympathy for these morons.and I can’t help but think that a lot of these tensions are being orchestrated by the Democrats so as to improve their polling numbers.

All the Supreme Court can legally do under the Constitution is to return the issue of abortion back to the several states.
