A vicious brawl, involving more than 50 teenage boys and girls, erupted at a Florida mall.
The disturbing video of the fight was shared on social media, featuring a large group of teens pummeling each other outside a Rue 21 clothing store inside Orange Park Mall. The Clay County Sheriff’s Office said the incident happened Saturday.

Dozens of young people reportedly mobbed an Oakland train station over the weekend, annexed one of the train cars, and robbed passengers.
Two people suffered head injures from the alleged crimes, reports SFGATE, an online news site run by the San Francisco Chronicle, citing witnesses.
The incident occurred Saturday night at Coliseum Station, one of the most convenient stops to access the Oakland Raiders’ official NFL stadium.

i still get asked if the nearly 10 years (over two terms) I spent gleefully clubbing O’Reilly over the head every night on MSNBC was some kind of publicity stunt or upwards punch or forged rivalry or all three. While on any given night during the cable wars of the ’00s those descriptions might have fit, it was and is my sincere belief that Bill O’Reilly was and is a danger to the democracy. The same chest-thumping, thinly veiled attitude of white superiority, and the subtle undercurrent that if O’Reilly said it should be 1962 again then God Damn It, it was 1962 again, presaged his only public friend Trump’s election. Beyond that, the more we see a president try to operate while his frontal lobe is melting and he’s struggling to remember exactly what he just saw on Fox, the more I’m convinced Trump’s worldview (or more accurately, his worldblink) is based on half-baked ideas O’Reilly threw out over free milkshakes they got in their free seats at Yankee Stadium.
O’Reilly has something of which Olbermann a/k/a Bathtub Boy*, can only dream – to wit talent. Maybe Bathtub Boy should thought about going to something other than an ag school?
As for O’Reilly, he has the bona fides with the audience. He just needs an end run around the sponsors problem. Do I hear Ezra Levant calling?

I will stay right up front that I don’t like Sean Hannity. Never have, really. That dislike has grown over the years… particularly since he got so solidly on the train with Donald Trump who is also not a conservative. I’ve always thought Sean Hannity was a poser and that proved it.
All that said, this little tidbit coming off the wire earlier this evening cemented something that I’ve been saying for some time now.
Debbie Schlussel, a former Fox News guest, appeared on a local radio show on Friday and recounted an incident where Sean Hannity purportedly asked her to a hotel, and when she rebuffed his advances, she claims, she was ostracized by the network star. The story has since gone viral garnering headlines like “Sean Hannity Accused of Sexually Harassing Fox News Guest” in publications like The Daily Beast and The Huffington Post. In an interview with LawNewz.com on Monday morning, Schlussel is denying that she was ever sexually harassed by Sean Hannity. While Schlussel stands by her description of the incident, Schlussel told us that she doesn’t believe what happened between the two amounted to sexual harassment by any legal definition.
“I would never accuse him of that. Sexual harassment has a special meaning under the law, and I would never accuse him of that,” Schlussel, an attorney herself, said. Schlussel said the interaction happened in the early 2000’s when Hannity was in Detroit taping a show.
As I say, this is for the proof of what I’ve been accusing the left of all along, which is using the charge of sexual harassment to eliminate political enemies. All of which raises questions not only about the charges being levelled against Sean Hannity but against Bill O’Reilly who I also don’t particularly like, Bill Cosby, and so many others.
And by the way I still can’t figure out why anyone takes the Huffington Post seriously about anything.

Education is certainly part of the deal. Or rather the lack thereof at the hands of government schools. There’s no longer any doubt that we need to remove government from the education business. St.Louis that’s only half the tale.
The other half is the cultural shift away from the traditional American work ethic. In part that’s due to the abdication of the educational role from the parents to the governments.

I’ve written several times over the years in these spaces about Bill O’Reilly, most of it negative. On the whole I really couldn’t Possibly care less that he is now out of a job.
I am forced to complete the patterns of this thing. Consider a couple other Bill’s. Bill Clinton and Bill Cosby.
Let’s also consider Clarence Thomas.
I will quickly point out the list of democrat sex scandals is quite a bit longer and more substantial certainly than Clarence Thomas’s was.
Notice however that not a blessed one of them was prosecuted or drummed out of office unless there was a severe Democrat Party political need to do so. That by the way includes Cosby, Justice Thomas, and now Bill O’Reilly. Their crimes? Not being leftist, that’s creating the dire political need for them to be expunged from public life.
I honestly don’t know it Bill O’Reilly is guilty or not. But for the purpose of this conversation it really doesn’t matter all that much. Because as the long list of democrat sexual escapades proves, guilt or innocence has nothing to do with Democrats attacking.
I suggest that what we are seeing is another political hit.

The Trump administration’s “no-holds-barred” approach to undocumented immigrants appears to be having an impact. Maria Sacchetti of the Washington Post reports that “Immigration arrests rose 32.6 percent in the first weeks of the Trump administration, with newly empowered federal agents intensifying their pursuit of not just undocumented immigrants with criminal records, but also thousands of illegal immigrants who have been otherwise law-abiding.”
Otherwise law-abiding. Well I suppose aside from robbing a few banks and murdering a few people, the late Clyde Barrow could also be described as law-abiding.

That includes the R&D.
As of the other day, we had a total of 20. The $314M figure is the cost of all 20 bombs.

One of threefold victim hood. The late Judge Abdus-Salaam is lauded for being one, a women; two, a black and last, a Muslim. Not one of these traits reflects on Abdus-Salaam’s standing as jurist.
However Kathryn Rubino’s story does reflect, in a negative manner, on Abdus-Salaam’s standing a jurist. For Rubino can’t seem to describe Abdus-Salaam as a judge without describing the judge’s politics:
On the court, Judge Abdus-Salaam was among the most reliable and steadfast liberal voices, regularly siding with vulnerable parties — the poor, impoverished immigrants and people with mental illnesses, for instance — against more powerful and established interests. She also tended to lean toward injured parties who brought claims of misconduct, fraud or breach of contract against wealthy corporations.
In my book when a liberal describes a politician as reliable, it means he is bought and stays bought.

Dateline Baltimore: another day and yet another Obama appointed judge oes rogue, from Frontpage:
An Obama-appointed judge is moving forward with a federal takeover of the Baltimore, Md. police department that critics say will boost crime there by handcuffing police officers in the increasingly violent city.
The pleas of U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions fell on deaf ears as U.S. District Judge James K. Bredar, appointed by President Obama in 2010, denied a request from Sessions to hold off on enforcing the consent decree drafted by cop-haters for at least 30 days so the new Trump administration could assess the underlying settlement.
“The time for negotiating the agreement is over,” Bredar wrote this past Friday, April 7. “The only question now is whether the Court needs more time to consider the proposed decree. It does not.”
To hell with the desires of the duly empowered representatives of the People, the United States Department of Justice, the judge is going to impose his own private version of justice. Is it time to start putting judges in jail?
