Is David Paterson Stupid As Well As Blind?

You don’t have to have actual eyesight to see that Caroline Kennedy Schlossberg is woefully unfit to serve as a United States Senator, but apparently working eyes help.  We all know that New York governor David Paterson is legally blind.
