And insisted that we should wait until after the election to appoint a new supreme Court Justice. frankly, I thought the first person that we hear that from would-be Chuckles the clown Schumer. Just a guess, but I’m thinking the chuckles must be having an off-day. He did come out and say exactly the same thing a little bit later on.
However, I can’t help but Wonder if this call for delay of a new appointment doesn’t represent a large, self inflicted bullet hole in the foot of the Democrat party.
One of the things we’ve been hearing from the Democrats these last couple of months has been that there are an awful lot of Republicans who for one reason or another were not going to vote for Trump. but I can’t help but think that this event is going to Galvanize support for Trump amongst people who were on the fence. it’s my guess that the American people are not going to put up with another whack job liberal on the Supreme Court, given the choice. Even the John McCain Mitt Romney Bill Kristol wing of the party isn’t going to stand for that.
Another point, Mitch McConnell has been pumping Trump appointees through the Senate quite quickly of late. 5 in the last 30 hours in fact. It’s my guess he won’t waste much time I’m getting a confirmation hearing going.

Any appointments made but not confirmed by then will expire. A GOP Senate could still confirm his choice even after he leaves office but the pressure from Dems and the media would be enormous.
However, Mitch McConnell has shown in the past that he really doesn’t care what anybody else thinks and is going to do what he thinks is right no matter what.
And I guarantee you if the parties were reversed Dems would confirm a nominee without even batting an eye.

The leftist flak for the Obama administration, Marie Harf, no journalist, could be dismissed, given that she is no stranger to boldface lying for her bosses to sing for her supper. But why was Francis the first to bring it up, only to have Harf as her growling dog backing her up with her absolutely adamant call not to engage Gingrich? What did he say that was so evil and unfit for TV? Note that Harf was unable to cite any reasons — she has none; she just wanted to play commissar censor and, like all commissar censors, had a whiff of fear of those above her. Note that booming, croaking, dead-toned angry adamant voice, like that of an upset socialite or desperate high school principal. Shut up, she explained. It really was remarkable. She really didn’t want any discussion or even mention of Soros. But why did Faulkner coolly move on after cutting Newt off?

According to CNBC…
- Yelp on Wednesday released its latest Economic Impact Report, revealing business closures across the U.S. are increasing as a result of the coronavirus.
- As of Aug, 31, 163,735 businesses have indicated on Yelp that they have closed, a 23% increase since mid-July.
- According to Yelp data, permanent closures have reached 97,966, representing 60% of closed businesses that won’t be reopening.
Well, first of all,it isn’t because of the coronavirus, but rather the governmental reaction (supposedly) to the coronavirus.
Let’s also consider the idea that the vast majority of these places are mom-and-pop operations. In other words, small businesses.
That should be a surprise to nobody, since small business generally speaking doesn’t have large piles of cash to be falling back on when government oversteps and shuts everything down so that they can fight orange man bad….. Which is precisely what happened here.
Another point, small businesses are harder to regulate, and much harder to unionize…. And guess which political philosophy thinks that heavy regulation and unionization are good things?
We still maintain that this economic shutdown was governmental overstep of the first degree and was totally unnecessary, except as use as a political tool.
Meanwhile, riots continue in 48 of the 50 largest cities in the country all of which are run by Democrats.
And now we’ve got the Democratic nominee for president and vice president both saying that the violence will continue if Democrats don’t get elected.
(A nice country you have here… It would be a shame if something happened to it…)
So now we see just how far the corrupt Democrats will go to obtain and maintain power. And yes, Joe and Jane America, it’s come to this.

A phone call between Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden and former Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko was leaked Tuesday showing the two former leaders discussing what the then-vice president could and couldn’t tell the incoming Trump administration, with Biden telling the foreign leader that he wants to stay “deeply engaged” in their diplomatic work as a private citizen.
The call, revealed by Ukrainian politician Andriy Derkach, took place on Nov. 16, 2016, just a week after then-candidate Donald Trump won the presidential election.
During the exchange, the outgoing vice president and the then-president of Ukraine discussed the topic of visas, “something we have tried to sell to the Ukrainian people,” Poroshenko said.
The call then went dark and picked back up with Poroshenko saying, “And if President [Obama] can also support us, not only with the means, but with visa-free, that is something we have tried to sell to the Ukrainian people. And still hoping that you can come, maybe on the 21st of November, on our anniversary of the Revolution of Dignity and that would be very big delivery.”
So in other words, Biden was already working donder mine the Trump administration in the area of us Ukraine relations.
As a result Donald Trump has been nominated not once but twice for the Nobel Peace prize.
Now, had the holy BHO accomplished this, we would be hearing never ending praises from the left and of course from their cheering section in the supposed mainstream media. As it is, if they mention it at all, it’s disparagingly.And how was this peace accomplished? Fred Phelps, founder of the infamous Westboro Baptist Church, and the “Gods Hate Fags” fundamentalist movement, has died, according to his son, Timothy Phelps. He was 84.
The highly controversial anti-gay extremist had in recent years been excommunicated from the church that he founded.
Phelps gained notoriety though protesting at the funerals of gay people and American soldiers by holding signs saying “God Hates Fags” and “Thank God for 9/11.”
If the late Mr. Phelps didn’t have bad taste, he would not have any taste at all. He would pick an adverse outcome for a group for which he opposed, stage a tasteless protest and call that outcome a sign from God.

Thursday on MSNBC’s “The Reidout,” House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) attributed the wildfires plaguing her state and hurricanes that have batter the Gulf Coast to so-called climate change.
According to Pelosi, the natural disasters were a sign that “Mother Earth is angry.”
If California thinks wildfires are so bad, she could practice some management like periodic cleaning of forest underbrush. However the watermelons who control California are opposed to forest management as well. Oh well!
….but you’re probably not going to be hearing very much at all about the cause of those events.
Islam.
That’s the cause for the whole thing, that very few people will dare to speak about even today. And why do we refuse to say anything about it?
Political correctness.
Future historians will look back at this, and will state flatly that those who refused to identify the problem correctly, did so because they didn’t want the problem solved. That they were in fact working against America specifically and Western culture in general.

In the headlines and all over The leftist enclave of Twitter this morning, we have the left making lots of disparaging noises about Donald Trump being nominated for the Nobel Peace prize for his negotiation of a Middle East peace deal that will stick. Apparently, they forgot that nobody else since the late 40s has managed to do that.
Or, possibly and dare I say this, more likely, they don’t want middle East peace.
That said, on the anniversary of 9/11 last year, I made the following comments…

“What in the world was Donald Trump thinking trying to make peace with the Taliban and not with the Democrats here at home?”
My answer:
Clearly Donald Trump figures, given the state of the Democrat Party these days, he has a better shot at peace with the Taliban than peace with the Democrats.He’s probably right.

And of course he was absolutely correct.
Observe the idea that we now have what is growing into a lasting Middle East peace, and meanwhile the Democrats have spent the last five years in open warfare against Donald Trump. Far as I can see, that’s a very telling juxtaposition.
But perhaps just as importantly, that Middle East peace was achieved because of a President who, as a product of actually wanting to solve the problem is willing to identify the problem as what it is. He was willing to use the actual words “Islamic terrorism”, and proceed on the basis that Islamic terrorism was the problem.
Presto chango, peace treaty.

The Obama strategy of throwing taxpayer money around in the Middle East ultimately did nothing but feed the beast that was trying to kill us, and tore down all of the progress Bush had made toward the stopping Islamic terrorism, as weak kneed as that effort was.
Make no mistake… this is what has the Democrats so panicked… The very idea that between Obama and Trump, Trump is the adult in the room, is by their lights an idea that needs to be kept out of public view at all costs, particularly with an election coming up.

As for so-called Russian collusion in ‘Sixteen, over three years and some thirty million dollars of taxpayer money spent by the FBI and Bobby Mueller could not find any. As for the ‘Twenty variety even Adam Schiff isn’t lying about any. Meanwhile, Mrs. Clinton makes no mention of any Chinese dogs.
“I watched an interview with her. She is attractive, animated, and absurd. Anyway, she led her audience to believe that she mothered these kids. I looked her up. She married her husband when the son was in his 3rd year of college and the daughter was in 10th grade and they actually lived with their biological mother, except for normal visits with their father—so much for Motherhood. Right after hearing that, I discovered she was an opportunistic liar.
I do remember Kamala Harris. I had just been elected to the State Assembly in 1994 and, at that time, the ultimate “power broker” that controlled every aspect of California’s state government was the Speaker of the House, Willie Brown. He ran Sacramento like it was his own personal fiefdom and handed out jobs to loyalists and fired people who were disloyal. He broke every ethical law in the book but was never held to account by anyone. He was married, but openly had mistresses which he showed off by bringing them to public events.
At the time I arrived in Sacramento, Willie was seeing a young girl who was in her late20’s. He was in his 60’s. She was his mistress and he showered her with gifts and appointed her to a number of State government jobs. Her name was Kamala Harris. Willie launched her political career because she was having sex with him.
The idea that she is an “independent” woman who worked her way up the political ladder because she worked hard is baloney. It is common knowledge in California that Kamala slept her way into powerful political jobs.
And now she is running for VP with a man who will be unable to govern due to his lack of mental clarity. In essence, she will function as the President of the United States should the Biden/Harris ticket prevail this November. Her views on guns, taxes, immigration, energy, etc. are far to the left of average America, but you watch the media ignore these positions.
For example, she believes illegal aliens are eligible for ALL government services, including education, welfare benefits, health care, you name it. In other words, she does NOT believe there is a difference between a citizen and a non-citizen. That view alone will cost us billions of dollars if acted upon. Her view of the constitution is frankly bizarre and dangerous and she is willing to enact laws restricting our 2nd Amendment rights even if such laws violate our constitution.
She will be the most radical person to run for VP in American history, but you won’t see any of this on the news. You will soon witness a massive campaign by the media to deceive you about who she is and what she believes. Don’t fall for it.”
