White terrorism exists largely as a lame stream media straw dog. from Dean Obeidallah, Daily Beast:
The GOP Ignores the Bigger Terror Threat—from the Right
They slam Obama because he won’t say “radical Islam.” But why won’t the Republicans acknowledge radical white terrorists?“I want surveillance of certain mosques,” bellowed Donald Trump to his followers at a campaign rally in Birmingham, Alabama over the weekend. Ted Cruz recently declared that it would be “lunacy” to allow Muslim refugees into the United States because they “could be jihadists coming here to kill Americans.” And in the aftermath of the Paris attacks, Marco Rubio exclaimed that in order to keep Americans safe, we need to be vigilant in our war against “radical Islam.”
Note the logic:
The threat posed by ISIS is real and must be forcefully addressed. But if these Republicans truly want to keep us safe, why don’t they ever raise the issue of right-wing terrorists? After all, as The New York Times reported just a few months ago, “Since Sept. 11, 2001, nearly twice as many people have been killed by white supremacists, antigovernment fanatics and other non-Muslim extremists than by radical Muslims.”
By Obeidallah reasoning, or lack thereof, any crime perpetuated by a non-Muslim is the fault of whites. That is if the Reverend Al Sharpton stirs up a race riot, then he is white. If Black Lives Matter riot, then they are white.
Yet more Obeidallah lack of logic:
There are currently 784 active white supremacist groups in the United States per the Southern Poverty law Center (SPLC.) And these groups are not just sitting around drinking Jack Daniel’s
Fron Obeidallah’s cited source:
How many groups exist?
Reliable data is hard to come by, as you would expect from a mostly underground culture. The Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) tracks extremist groups across the US – the majority of which are white supremacist – and estimates there were 784 active groups in 2014. In South Carolina, there were 19 groups, including the Loyal White Knights of the Ku Klux Klan and the League of the South.
If Obeidallah was looking for a reliable source, he did not cite any. The Southern Poverty Law Center sees the klu Klux Klan like Dim Won, b/k/a Barack Obama see anthropogenic global warming, they see it every where, real or otherwise.
What sees as a organized white nation movement, consists of lone wolves. In a demographic not noted for group think and is a society which values individual freedom, some bad stuff is going to happen.
Oriental J. Simpson murdered two people. That hardly makes all blacks guilty of murder. It does make the Los Angeles Simpson jury guilty of stupidity. B.J. Clinton is a rapist, but I plead not guilty. How does Obeidallah plead?
The Snark of the Day, Rand Paul:
“There’s a difference between charity and taxation and, sure, I have a great deal of sympathy and I have helped through our church with helping refugees – that’s charity and something you give voluntarily. But to say, ‘Oh, we are going to bring them here and put them on welfare,’ well, that’s not charity, that’s not humanitarian, that’s you saying, ‘Oh, it’s great to give somebody else’s money.’ Give of your own money. If you want to help people, give of your own money.”

When everything is political, some dead or more dead than other dead. Flash back to Paris, France, over one hundred twenty dead in an Islamist terror attack. What does Dumbo, he of big ears and small brain, a/k/a Barack Obama says, from Newsmax:
Calling Friday’s deadly terror attacks in Paris a “Setback,” President Obama on Monday ruled out a shift in strategy in the fight against the Islamic State, saying putting U.S. troops on the ground to combat the group “would be a mistake.”
Obama, speaking at a news conference following a G20 leaders’ summit in Turkey, said the U.S.-led coalition fighting Islamic State in Iraq and Syria would redouble efforts to implement its current strategy rather than moving in a new direction.
Steady as she goes.
Now fast forward to Colorado Spring, Dumbo says, from New York Times:
President Obama responded angrily on Saturday to the mass shooting that took three lives, including that of a police officer, at a Planned Parenthood facility in Colorado Springs over the Thanksgiving holiday, calling the country’s recurring outbreaks of gun violence “not normal.”
“We can’t let it become normal,” Mr. Obama said in a statement. “If we truly care about this — if we’re going to offer up our thoughts and prayers again, for God knows how many times, with a truly clean conscience — then we have to do something about the easy accessibility of weapons of war on our streets to people who have no business wielding them. Period. Enough is enough.”
The one hundred twenty dead in Paris, and Dumbo calls for calm. Three postpartum people dead in Colorado Springs, and Dumbo reads the riot act. Now just imagine the walk back the White House would forced to make if it ever developed that the suspected shooter, one Robert Lewis Dear, happened to Muslim.
Mean while, black on the plantation: 427 dead this year in Rahm Emanuel’s People’s Republic of Chicago.

Three dead in or near a Planned Parenthood aborturium in Colorado Springs, from Denver Post:
COLORADO SPRINGS — A gunman killed three people, including a veteran police officer, at a Planned Parenthood clinic here Friday, the latest act of bullet-riddled mass terror to strike a state achingly familiar with it.
The shooting and subsequent standoff spanned five hours, and, by the end, nine other people had been transported to the hospital with gunshot wounds. All of the injured were reported in good physical condition Friday night. The emotional injuries struck the community deeply
Death in an aborturium is not news. Sadly it is business as usual. As a nation which claims to be civilized, isn’t it time we ended all abortion related violence.
What say you Cecile Richards?
Dim Won, b/k/a Barack Obama, wants you to think of refuges from Syria as modern day Pilgrims, from Jammie Wearing Fool:
Moron Obama: Syrian Refugees are like Pilgrims on the Mayflower or Something
Happy Thanksgiving, America, Barack Obama is here to drop a steaming dump upon you.
No Barry, the Pilgrims were settlers. They came to work. The Syrians are here for the welfare.
College officials have been forced to resign over dubious allegations of racism, for example a poop swastika perpetrated by an unknown culprit. Yet in Mayor Rahm Emanuel’s People’s Republic of Chicago, one on the mayor’s police officers guns down a fleeing youth in an apparent murder*, which Da Mayor, covered up for a over a year, and no call for Emanuel’s resignation.
Will Dumbo, the one with big ears and a small brain, a/k/a Barack Obama, now federalize the Chicago Police Department? Film at Eleven.
Not quite, Facebook:
Like many Americans, I was deeply disturbed by the footage of the fatal shooting of 17-year-old Laquan McDonald. This Thanksgiving, I ask everybody to keep those who’ve suffered tragic loss in our thoughts and prayers, and to be thankful for the overwhelming majority of men and women in uniform who protect our communities with honor. And I’m personally grateful to the people of my hometown for keeping protests
Barry is so deeply disturbed by the shooting that Laquan McDonald, that rushed away from his pardon of two turkeys to make a Facebook post. The turkeys get face time. McDonald gets a Facebook post.
Reax, from Right Wing News :
And well he should be. I’ve read the reports, watched the video, and have come to the conclusion that Chicago Police officer Jason Van Dyke very much murdered Laquan McDonald. This was not a situation like Michael Brown, this was a guy who was threatening, but contained. He wasn’t charging the officer, the Chicago PD could have taken them time to get a taser. McDonald, regardless of any possible gang affiliations, regardless of his drug use, regardless of anything else, was shot 16 times, quite a few while down on the ground.
And there very much was a conspiracy to cover this up. And every officer and city official involved should be charged. Conservatives stand for law and order, and equal treatment under the law. We do not blindly stand behind anyone when they have done wrong. This was wrongdoing on a massive scale.
Chicago is the big house for the Black Plantation, and Obama is the house nigger. Nothing to see here. Move on.
[*] Or maybe not, from Andrew Branca, Legal Insurrection:
In fact, based on the available evidence-the dash cam video and the autopsy report-it is simply impossible to definitely conclude that Officer Van Dyke committed the crime of murder in the first degree. Indeed, both the video and the autopsy report are entirely consistent with the lawful use of force by Van Dyke.
McDonald’s death and the cover-up are separate issues.
Several times that day these days I get emails from folks wanted to know who it is that I support in the coming presidential election. Frankly, I haven’t gotten down to that point yet. But I can tell you with some assurity who I would and would not vote for should they manage to get the nomination.
First, I will not vote for any Democrat of any strike anytime, anywhere. All this proves of course is that I have a functional brain. That said…,..
I will also not vote for any GOP establishment candidate. These would include John Kasich, Jeb Bush, and Marco Rubio. Just not going to happen. The establishment GOP has been talking a good game for a long time, but when they finally get themselves into positions of power, they end up being as bad as the Democrats.
I will not vote for Rand Paul, who has much to commend him as far as domestic policy goes. Insofar as his foreign policy however, it is complete insanity, & I will not sign off on him.
I would vote for Donald Trump though at the moment, somewhat reluctantly.
I would vote for ben Carson download it’s true that he and I have some policy disagreements at least based on what has been reported which is always a question. But I think he and Trump would be an improvement over most of the field. Most certainly, an improvement over any Democrat. I have policy differences with them, I may question their strategy, but they do have the advantage of never leaving any doubt has to whose side they’re on.
I most certainly would vote for Ted Cruz, who I read as probably the best of the group right now. The most frequent objection I hear to Ted Cruz taking the nomination is that liberals don’t like him. Well, forgive me, but that seems a positive to me. I mean really, we have allowed the left to pick candidates for the last several turns. Where has that gotten us?
So yesterday, apparently in response to somebody’s counseling, the president came out and told us “if you see something, say something.” All while trying to call us down about the threat of terrorism that he’s brought upon us.
But like most Americans, I observed that clock boys teacher responded correctly that imperative. And, correctly.
And what happens as a direct result of the action that the teacher was encouraged by his government to do?
He and his school as a direct result of being sued for 15 million dollars.
Not exactly encouraging people to say something is it?
You may find your Thanksgiving easier to digest if you dispense with the political correct male bovine feces, video:
Enjoy
I’m watching with some interest what’s going on in Chicago right now. It seems to me that’s the investigation on the debate surrounding the event have taken on a bit of a different tenor
As with the previous similar cases elsewhere around the country, I’m quite willing to sit back and watch and let the criminal justice system do its thing.
That said, it strikes me that charges of racism are a little hard to sell in this case. At least, systemic racism. After all the mayor and the vast majority of the Chicago government are black Democrats. And I can’t help but wonder if the revelation that Democrat Rahm Emanuel has been sitting on this case for about a year will be enough to get the voters there off the Democrat Plantation. Nothing else has worked, and it seems logical to ask if this is the tipping point?
Frankly, I doubt it.
Is there anyone who doesn’t understand that the reason that New York is going after the fantasy sports industry, is because it doesn’t like the competition? Remember, for all of the states moralizing about gambling, what is the New York Lottery?
One of the blessings of this truck driving job that I find myself in is the chance meeting with people I’ve had the chance to run with in the past. The first time out you strike up a conversation with another truck nearby you on the road and sooner or later other truck within a few miles of you and going the same direction are going to join into the conversation and before long you’ve got a pack of truck drivers enjoying each others company.
In the last several weeks I have run into three different drivers who recognized me, and called for me. Wanted to know where I was going, how I was doing etc. Had a meal with two of them.
As pleasant as the chance meeting of friends is, there’s something far more important, something foundational in all of this. We watch out for each other. That’s the way it’s supposed to work out here, and so seldom does anymore. But I make it a point to work that way when I can.
And, it is the reason that I spent as much money as I did on the radio that I carry. And why I will not drive 5 feet without a good CB in the truck, and running channel 19.
Keeping in touch with the good people that I found on the road is only one aspect of this however. The fact is this radio has saved my backside more times than I care to count. On one occasion my trailer lights failed, and I didn’t realize it. On another there was an accident in front of me and somebody’s call saved me a lot of grief. And so on and so on.
You can understand the attraction. It is that important to me. I have never understood how anybody can drive something this big and this heavy, with a bunch of other similar sized vehicles around you, without being able to communicate with each other. From a safety standpoint that makes no sense whatsoever.
Of course, there are a few idiots out there who also have radios, but I refuse to let them drive me off the band that I have occupied since the late sixties. Especially given all the benefits that it gives me now.
It’s true… technology has added the Internet, the cell phone, the GPS and all kinds of other electronics. But none of them can replace the party line aspect of the CB.
Now I’m hearing this the government is trying to step in and eliminate CB radio from commercial trucks. To me this is completely idiotic, just what you’d expect from the government. To me,having a CB is safer than not having one.
Yes, I still speak CB. Fluently.
Stomper just got quiet.
Addendum: Eric
Nobody should be shocked by this. After all wasn’t John Kerry who came up with similar comments last week?
Should we now do JLM?
Thanksgiving week, and the first snow is on the ground in my hometown of Rochester. If past is prologue it’s going to take the idiots around here at least 48 hours before they learn how to drive in this stuff.
I wonder if they’ve managed to catch the producer of that YouTube video that caused the Paris attacks. Maybe we can ask Hillary Clinton the next time she pops out of her self-imposed exile.
Thanksgiving week means a short week for me, and the short pay check to go with it. I suppose I’ve got vacation time coming, but I’m a little reluctant to use it for fear of some emergency or other popping up between now and the end of the year
I am becoming more convinced than ever that Ted Cruz is probably the individual we need in the White House given the circumstances. Thing is, I wonder if the GOP is smart enough denominated. Again if past is prologue, I tend to doubt it.
Most certainly, this next election is going to be a referendum on the direction that Obama and company have forced us. If his approval numbers are of any indication, there is a ground swell against the Democrats even among Democrats. As such, this election is the GOP is to lose. Trouble is, we’re not going to get out of the message that Obama has left this country and end the world with it by way of half measures.
Is that an endorsement? No, not yet. But frankly, Cruz is the only one so far that from an operational perspective I have not seen any negatives on. The only one. That said we got a long way to go yet.
For those of you who have been asking about how my wife is doing, first thanks for asking. Secondly she’s doing fine. Her situation is not ideal but far more under control than we thought. I must say, it’s gratifying to know I have such friends who are concerned about the welfare of me and mine. You will not be forgotten.
