To question this woman on her qualifications is going to be something that does appeal to…folks like you, voters like you, bow tie’n white boys, but at the end of the day it is going to backfire…

• It is not perfectly clear that Faux-a-squawa, a/k/a Lying Lizzie Warren, b/k/a  Elizabeth Warren gained an advantage by passing as in Native America.  It is clear she sought such an advantage.

Is Ms Greene now what passes for strategist on part of the democrats?

In a free society, there can be no such thing as a free commodity. A commodity is a good or service that is produced by human endeavors.    Before one eat a ham sandwich, someone needs to grown the grain, mill the flour, feed the hogs, butcher the pig, slice the ham etc.   All these activities are done by people, who in a free society fully expect, and indeed deserve, to get paid for their efforts.

I note that Schultz is at least smart enough to name socialism as a preferable alternative to the market economy.  Yet just what does Schultz propose, or what can propose, for an economic system which grow wheat without the need for wheat farmers and fill cavities without the need for dentists?  What known system does a better job of growing wheat and filling cavities than does the market economy?  I dare say none.  Which is why Schultz is mum on what his Alice in Wonderland economic system may be.

As a liberal typically defines compassion, it means spending more other people’s money as a favored constituency.   Linda Greenhouse is all upset the the Supreme Court may allow the sovereign state of Arizona to help the federal government enforce immigration law,  Barack Obama and company are not particularly keen on enforcing. from Greenhouse, New York Times:

So t his what passes as constitutional test for Greenhouse, compassion.    It would be expecting too much for Greenhouse to show the least amount of compassion for the circa one million unborn babies, killed in and ripped from,  their mother’s womb.   Apparently the  not yet born are incapable of making a campaign donation to help move America forward.

Greenhouse wants illegals to consume public services and jobs for which they have no right.   If Greenhouse is so darn compassionate, let her state a fund to help send illegals back to home countries.

Occuonas, b/k/a Elizabeth Warren wants to be the next senator from the Bay State.   In state  that sent Senator Oldsmobile and John “French” Kerry to the Senate, Warren is more than qualified.  Massachusetts has very low standards and Occuponas. lies with the best.

Simply put, I see problem that giving preferential treatment to self-identified 1/32 Cherokee is needed to remedy.   Or from another perspective, it seems like unequal treatment to give preferential treatment based solely on whether or not a particular citizen checked a particular block or not.

As to Occuponas herself, if see will lie to get a job a law professor, what else will she lie about?

As the president himself acknowledged, the conflict may never be completely over.  The new agreement with Karzai makes clear that U.S. funds and U.S. trainers and counter-terrorism forces will be deployed in Afghanistan for at least another decade to come.  And many experts on the ground say the readiness of Afghan forces has been overestimated, just as the corruption of Karzai’s government and its lack of support inside the country tend to be underestimated.

Much has been made of Dan Savage in both sides of the sphere.   I’m with David on this one where he says a few days ago ;

The so-called anti-bullying campaign is nothing more than an attempt to shove the pro-homosexual agenda on to the public, and particular the young and vulnerable.

David’s right; the in-duh-vidual in question is a bully.  The difference is, he’s using the force of government to enforce his views. That runs directly afoul of the cause of freedom.  I suppose that to be a word he doesn’t understand at all. I know of no leftists that do.

Freedom, you see, involves a lack of governmentally reinforced bullies dictating your actions and your thoughts. A 1984 like irony….Savage thinks himself to be promoting freedom by being the bully.

Let me suggest the western culture with its judeo christian morals, is the vehicle by which America was produced…a society which in turn has produced the greatest freedom in history of the world. It seems the school of the obvious to report Dan Savage would like to change that society. I submit if we change the society in the manner in which Savage prescribes then the ability to produce that freedom is also changed, and irrevocably damaged.

If he has thought this through then he intends to damage America. If he has not thought this through, then he’s unwittingly working against his own stated goals. Either way, such an individual needs to be defeated.

Let me also suggest that we  ask the celebrities who supported “It Gets Better” if they support Dan  Savage’the s anti-conservative and anti- Christian bigotry. I’m quite sure they would do no less for any of us on the right side of the aisle. Do they truly understand what it is they’re supporting? The same set of answers applies to them, too.

I suspect what we will get is silence. You see, I consider that lack of leftie condemnation of Dan Savage to be the most telling thing of all.

You know where we definitely won’t see any condemnation coming from?  The Obama White House.  Yep… He was a visitor, there….

So, consider the following question: at what point did the bullying of christians become acceptable? Given the lack of condemnation, clearly it has become acceptable among the left-leaners….

Thing is, it always has been acceptable. Indeed, it is vital to their cause. Remember that socialism dictates the religion, and tomorrow is it comes from it, must be removed to establish socialism. This is precisely what we’re up against.

Armed with these revelations, the CIA eventually was able to discover the true identity of bin Laden’s courier, locate the courier, and, through him, track down bin Laden.

But the captured terrorist did not give up information about the courier voluntarily. He gave it up, after initially refusing to cooperate, under the duress of “enhanced interrogation techniques” (but not waterboarding). And he did so at a secret CIA prison, or “black site.”

Before becoming president, Obama criticized the use of enhanced interrogation techniques and black sites. On the second full day of his presidency, he banned such methods and ordered the black sites closed.

If left to  his own devices, Dumbo would have lacked the  actionable intelligence to capture Usama bin Laden or anybody.    In other words, without Bush’s policy  of capturing  high value suspects and subjecting them to enhanced interrogation, there would be no victory lap.

In effect, it is Obama’s policy to kill terrorist suspects, rather than capture them.   There simply is no point to capturing a potential treasure trove of information only to hand them over to Eric Holder’s Department of Justice, have them read their rights and be provided with a lawyer.

To our leftarded friends, was it moral of Dumbo to take action on intelligence he deemed obtained through torture?

I see where Dick Lugar is losing support. Frankly, it’s about twenty years overdue. The American Action Net recently removed its support. The reason of course use that Lugar is simply another RINO.He’s another one who speaks conservatism is a second language.

The big swing right now in his district is to a real conservative… Richard Mourdock.

An aside to Mr. Lugar; For too many years you’ve been part of the problem. Get yourself out now and become part of the solution. The best thing you can do for our country is to step aside now and get a real conservative into office. You simply do not qualify. Is there any way I can make that clearer to you?

Armendariz joins Van Jones and Anita Dunn among the radicals hired by Obama and more or less fired by the people, once their radical ideas and associations became widely known.

I note with interest the Wall Street Journal story which suggests that yesterday marked the twentieth anniversary of the L.A. riots.

  In case there’s anyone out there who still thinks that it had anything whatsoever to do with the quality of the races, I observe a note from Donald Douglas who suggests that the unemployment picture in the south Los Angeles the site of those riots, following 3 years of Obama as President,  is now worse than it was during those 1992 and events.

I guess it shouldn’t be a surprise to anyone to learn that. Then again, most people believe that the first place, are probably not the most critical thinkers in the group. It’s telling, though, that we don’t have any riots over the state of affairs that Obama has put those people in South Central in..

Frankly, Ed, of itself, no it doesn’t. The thing is, there’s certainly enough out there even absent this release to point to the idea that Obama was doing precisely that. It was brave of Obama to order the killing of been logged and with the understanding that if it went wrong he’d be blaming somebody else.  Well, the somebody else has spoken up the somebody else that actually gave the order. Consider that when the call came, and the choice was to be made, Obama was out playing golf. It was actually Panetta himself that issued the order.

Now the delicious irony here, is that Obama is trying to take credit for it happening on his watch…He’s actually got the enlarged pair to try and make a campaign issue out of it..  As John Bolton suggests a few weeks ago … Obama taking credit for Binladen’s death is like Nixon taking credit for the moon landing:

I’ve been saying this for three years now; the only foreign policy success that Obama has had is where he has continued Bush foreign policy …and mind you, I was never tremendous fan of George Bush either.  But in terms of relative performance, there is no question that of the two Obama is the larger failure in this area, as in all others.

All of this leads to his claims of courage and fortitude and (cough) leadership when the question of BinLaden’s killing comes up. Basically what we have here is a president who has whatever absolutely nothing of his own record to run on.  As such, he finds it necessary to fabricate things to run on.  This smacks to me of Bill Clinton.   Ol’ Bubba… He had the knack of standing up in front of a Lynch mob and act like it was a parade he was leading.  Like the whole thing was his idea.

Thing is, the American people have begun to see through this pattern. The fact is the majority of America is alternately laughing and enraged that Obama is trying this tactic.

The color of Monica Novoa must be stupid, from Color Lines:

The i-word in any form (“illegals”, “illegal alien” and “illegal immigrant”) is packed with ideas about who immigrants are and what their role is in society and in this nation. Whether used by a reader in a newspaper’s comment section, or in the Supreme Court as it was this week in Arizona v. the United States, The i-word is the furthest from neutral language and communicates anti-immigrant animus that has over time become deeply embedded and accepted throughout media and government institutions.

The case itself, buttressed by a political environment rich with anti-immigrant language and metaphor, is lifting up major hypocrisy and contradictions for all to see. How can the government argue against SB 1070 and mean to protect people from being victimized while upholding other comparable draconian anti-immigrant programs? And how can a human being be heard and legally advocated for when Sotomayor says, “it is an illegal alien”?

We are a nation of immigrants. Without immigrants, there would be no America. I do not oppose immigration. Rather I oppose illegal immigration. Yet if I were to adhere to the fiats of a language Nazi like Novoa, I would be unable to articulate a difference between supporting closed, open or controlled borders, nor would anybody.

I support controlled borders. A nation which can not control her own borders, can not long exist. As for Novoa, I suspect that she is an advocate of open borders. However having self-neutered her language she now utterly unable to describe her desired immigration policy.

I suggest, that if Movoa thinks that the term illegal immigrant is somehow racist, surely she must think that any term which would describe a person as a legal citizen of these United State would also be racist.    If Novoa opposes distinguishing between legal and illegal immigrants,  she must also oppose distinguishing between legal immigrants and native born citizens.

I wonder if I were to crash Novoa’s dinner party.  She does eat?  Would Novoa describe me as her uninvited quest, or simply as her quest?   Would I be as equally  welcomed at her dinner as her invited quests?   Novoa would have but two choices.   She could feed me,  or she could expose herself as hypocrite.

Surely, Novoa would not call the police to arrest me for trespassing.    It can be no more immoral to crash through Novoa’s door into her home that to crash our borders into our country    If defining and defending our borders is somehow immoral, then surely Novoa locking her front door would also be immoral.

There are some words when used in a political context are utter jokes.   One is tolerance.   There are no tolerant people, nor should there be.    Add to the list of  joke words, anti-bullying.   The so-called anti-bullying campaign is nothing more than an attempt to shove the pro-homosexual agenda on to the public, and particular the young and vulnerable. from Todd Starnes, Fox News:

As many as 100 high school students walked out of a national journalism conference after an anti-bullying speaker began cursing, attacked the Bible and reportedly called those who refused to listen to his rant “pansy asses.”

The speaker was Dan Savage, founder of the “It Gets Better” project, an anti-bullying campaign that has reached more than 40 million viewers with contributors ranging from President Obama to Hollywood stars. Savage also writes a sex advice column called “Savage Love.”

When your poster child for success is Barney Frank, your campaign has failed. Reax, Howie, Jawa Report:

I find it odd that he’s asked to speak about bullying issues. His advocacy for gay issues and his open hostility towards conservatives, republicans and people of all faiths is well known and easily available on his Wiki page.

It is a fact that homosexual behavior is not normal, and my opinion that should never be advocated as if it were normal.  Anybody who says they are tolerant is either a fool or a liar.   I find Savage’s bullying to be intolerable.   Do you?

If you were to believe the hoplophobes, those with an irrational fear of weapons, nobody died, so nothing happened.  Hoplophobes fixate on people killed by guns, justified or otherwise.   They ignore lives saved, from Don Hudson,  Salt Lake City, Utah:

SALT LAKE CITY (ABC 4 News) – A citizen with a gun stopped a knife wielding man as he began stabbing people Thursday evening at the downtown Salt Lake City Smith’s store.

Then, before the suspect could find another victim – a citizen with a gun stopped the madness. “A guy pulled gun on him and told him to drop his weapon or he would shoot him. So, he dropped his weapon and the people from Smith’s grabbed him.”

Free citizens are free to carry arms, where ever they may travel.
