As could have been predicted, male perverts as using transgender potty access laws to terrorize girls, from Daily Mail (UK):
The rights of a transgendered Colorado high school student are being put ahead of girls the boy harasses in the girls bathroom.
A male student at Florence (CO) High School who claims to be transgendered has caused controversy by harassing female students in the girls room, but will not face any discipline – this despite vocal protests from the girls’ parents.
‘The boy’s rights as a transgender trump their daughters’ privacy rights,’ the school has told concerned parents, according to CBN.
The politically correct believe it important to create aliments out of whole cloth and for normalcy to treated as if it were a criminal offense.

The Snark of the Day: Tom Blummer, PJ Media:
Obamacare has become the Big Dig of systems projects. Subtracting a generous 20% off the top for hardware and other equipment, the cited cost to date means that the government has spent about $500 million on programmers. That’s the equivalent of spending $100 per hour on an army of 1,250 programmers for two full years. What in the world has everyone been doing?
No wonder the ruling class wants no part of their heath care plan for you.

The Snark of the Day:
Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) spokesman Floyd Lee Corkins II did not issue a statement denouncing this weekend’s Family Research Council (FRC) Value Voter Summit, mainly because Corkins is in federal prison serving 25 years for his Chick-fil-A-inspired attempt to kill everybody at FRC with the guidance of an SPLC “hate map.”

Well played Mr. Duffy.
Mitchell can’t get past that the so-called Affordable Care Act, A/K/A Obama Care, is Obama’s signature achievement. You can autograph a pig, but he still stinks. The Affordable Care Act is bad law whether or not Obama is smart enough to realize it and despite the fact Mitchell lacks balls to question it.
Yet another Obama Care glitch, brought to by the not ready for prime time administration, from Sean Gallagher –
Amid all the attention, bugs, and work happening at Healthcare.gov in light of the Affordable Care Act, potential registrants talking to phone support today have been told that all user passwords are being reset to help address the site’s login woes. And the tech supports behind Healthcare.gov will be asking more users to act in the name of fixing the site, too. According to registrants speaking with Ars, individuals whose logins never made it to the site’s database will have to re-register using a different username, as their previously chosen names are now stuck in authentication limbo

Amateur hour. No worries though, it’s just your personal and private healthcare information we’re entrusting to these clowns
And you thought clowns were supposed to be funny. Don’t worry, all that sensitive private information, which you trusted the government, which you can no longer access, the regime still has and will still use. Information for US but not for you.
Evidently California Governor Moonbeam, a/k/a Edmund “Jerry” Brown never got the Eric Holder’s legal memo that immigration law is settled law, from RS McCain:
Democrat-run California has passed a law that effectively prohibits cops from turning over illegal aliens to federal immigration officials, Michelle Malkin reports. Gov. Jerry Brown: “While Washington waffles on immigration, California’s forging ahead. I’m not waiting.”
Waiting for the Department of Justice federal law suit, in five, four, three ….

The Snark of the Day, from Karen, Lonely Conservative:
Obama’s bureaucrats have been harassing veterans, kicking elderly couples out of their homes, closing privately run businesses and trying to block the view of Mt. Rushmore to make the public feel the pain of the partial government shutdown. But they seemed to have no problem granting a permit for an immigration amnesty rally on the National Mall, which is allegedly closed due to the shutdown.
I think it time to start putting more than a few Obamacrat thugs into jail. What say you?

The Snark of the Day, from Gabriel Malor (AoS):
{O}n Saturday the House approved 407-0 a bill granting back pay to furloughed federal workers. The Senate hasn’t picked it up yet, but I imagine that’s just a matter of time. The GOP strategy here is to paint Sen. Reid as the obstructionist in Congress. This has the benefit of being true.
Washington has a problem and the problem is Dirty Harry Reid.
As things have been developing in Washington these last few years, it is becoming quite clear that the corruption of our government for political purposes by Obama and the Democrats is far deeper and far more pervasive than even the staunchest of Tea Party people had thought. It is now the point where it is logical to suggest that a cleanup of our current situation is impossible. What would cause me to suggest something so something so drastic?
Consider with me, these points…
### Ever hear of “True The Vote”?
Most folks haven’t, I suppose. They should. In the “True the Vote” mission statement, we read:
“We promote ideas that actively protect the rights of legitimate voters, regardless of their political party affiliation.”
“Legitimate voters.” “Regardless of political party affiliation.” Sounds reasonable enough, no?
Well, apparently the government does think so. Founder Catherine Engelbrecht applied for nonprofit status for “True the Vote” and “King Street Patriots” in 2010. To date, this is what Engelbrecht has endured: 1) An FBI visit & phone calls 2) A 3 day on-site IRS audit of both the family machine shop & personal returns 3) 5 IRS info requests over 2 years, including every Facebook post and tweet 4) 2 unscheduled ATF audits of the shop & 5) A visit from OSHA who levied 25K in fines Wow! The FBI, IRS, ATF & OSHA all at one time. What are the odds?
Oh….And 3 years later, Engelbrecht still hasn’t received IRS approval.
###And perhaps we should ask Ben Carson what he thinks of the IRS who landed on him as soon as he dared to question “The One”.
So the Administration, who oversees such things is obviously trying to throw future votes. Alas that such tactics are all too effective. As Germany found out.
###Then we have the angle of promoting government and government workers. Consider … in this Obama economy, we have been losing millions of private sector American workers in all walks of employment for years, now. Yet, let the government shut down briefly, and put a number of government workers out of work, and the whole of the left lose their collectivist minds.
### In the midst of the shutdown we have a government that’s using staff that they can’t pay to affect people from sites that don’t cost them any money. (Roadside Scenic stops and the like)
### Indeed, Obama has illegally shut down hundreds of privately funded Parks. And this would include the world war two memorial which was stormed by a bunch of world war two veterans the other day. Go ahead, tell me how this shutdown is not politically motivated.
### OK, perhaps you need some convincing. How’s this? A MacD worker being paid to protest those WII vets?
### Oh, and as a parting shot as regards to the closures, I note that while the military base grocery stores are closed, the golf course at Andrews air force base where Obama frequently plays is wide open.
### And was not just a couple of weeks ago that that selfsame military had money on hand enough to bounce area and yet we can’t keep the world war two memorial open?
### And what kind of society is it that makes all these accommodations for the leftists occupying Wall Street, and yet goes out of their way to shut down the world war two vets?
### Indeed, if I’m not much mistaken Obama sent more guards to the world war two memorial to keep world war two veterans out of it, then he sent to protect embassy in Benghazi and its staff.
### Now consider that since Gerald Ford was president, we’ve had something on the order of seventeen government shutdowns under five different presidents. All of those shutdowns were negotiated. Only in one case does one party and one president decide that they will not negotiate. Guess which one.
### Interestingly, they then point to the Republicans as being the ones who are refusing to negotiate, Despite the republicans having passed seven bills about getting the government going again with a number of house democrats voting along with those republicans. Obama of course ordered those bills killed, and Harry Reid is dutifully responding accordingly.
### And now, we have Obama asking for another increase in the debt ceiling to partially paid for the massive amount of money he spent unsuccessfully trying to get the economy going again. Now of course, this failure was ultimately predictable as I suggested at the time. But now, we see him lying about it He said in part…
You of never seen in the history of these United States the debt ceiling or the threat of not raising the debt ceiling being used to force issues that have nothing to do with the budget.
As usual, Mr. Obama is flat out lying. A look at history explains clearly that the democrats used the debt ceiling votes to attack Eisenhower’s interstate highway plan and to tried to attach a campaign finance bill to Nixon’s debt ceiling request. I was there for the latter. Not sure there are other examples that are more recent, but I’m not going to bother. Obviously whatever else he might be Mr. Obama is no student of history. Else, he knows what he’s saying isn’t true and doesn’t care. Frankly I would not put the latter past him. The reason is simple enough. This is the same Obama who told us that the reason that they were debating raising America’s debt limit back in 2006 was because of a lack of leadership. Funny how that doesn’t now apply to his lack of leadership, huh?
And so all this leads to the question of “what do we do now?” In all honesty I have my doubts that it isn’t already too late to save what we once knew as America. Personally, I will continue to fight because it’s worth fighting for . But in all honesty I can’t help wondering if the damage isn’t too large for repairs to be possible.
Someone convince me otherwise, because based on history, I don’t see a way out, here.
The Sharp Tack, b/k/a Clarice Feldman digs up the epic sage of one Jim Morgan as attempts wade through the politically correct mis-education version of Alice in Wonder Land, b/k/a the University of Wisconsin, via American Thinker:
There is one further issue. At the end of yesterday’s diversity “re-education,” we were told that our next session would include a presentation on “Trans Students”. At that coming session, according to the handout we were given, we will learn how to let students ‘choose their own pronouns’, how to correct other students who mistakenly use the wrong pronouns, and how to ask people which pronouns they prefer (“I use the pronouns he/him/his. I want to make sure I address you correctly. What pronouns do you use?”). Also on the agenda for next week are “important trans struggles, as well as those of the intersexed and other gender-variant communities,” “stand[ing] up to the rules of gender,” and a very helpful glossary of related terms and acronyms, to wit: “Trans”: for those who “identify along the gender-variant spectrum,” and “Genderqueer”: “for those who consider their gender outside the binary gender system”. I hasten to reiterate that I am quoting from diversity handouts; I am not making any of this up.
I don’t what they teach at University of Wisconsin, sex was a property of living organisms and gender only referred whether a pronoun refers to a male or female. As in you are one, or the other. Evidently Biology is no longer is included in the UW curriculum. How sad. Humans are conceived as either male or female. and will so remain until they die.
I suggest the gender of pronoun reflects the hand of god and merely in what position a person choose to urinate that particular day. What say you?
